Just spent a week in Brooklyn and visited this place 4 times. Just loved it! Nice ambiance (a bit dark, but very cozy), nice music (heard quite some indie rock), very friendly staff and most important: great beers! Almost all of them American and the list changes about every day.

Another stop on the Brooklyn bar crawl. It was a little later along the crawl when we arrived here, so subsequently I stayed longer, and remember less. The taplist was good and while they don’t do samplers, they do small pours (I think I was charged $10 for 3 4-6oz pours). Service was good, atmosphere was nice as well. I’d like to stop in here again sometime when I have more time to concentrate, but it’s worth a visit.

Walked by this place on our way back to Park Slope where we were staying recenty and just stumbled upon this place. Nice looking spot with what looks like a bar made of old reclaimed floor planks. Long bar with smaller table sacross from it. A slighter larger open space at the back with some bigger tables, low benches and a few pinball machines at the back. Low lighting lend it a nice intimate vibe. Solid list with a few things I didn’t see anywhere else (although it’s not like I live here anymore, so take that with a grain of salt). Regardless, you could do a whole lot worse than this place - worth a pop by the next time you’re in the slope.
