Stopped in on the way to 21st Amendment. A combination of hipster (pretty much describes everyone in SF) and yuppie. Itís one of those places that is expensive and fancy looking but itís not a real super high end restaurant that requires reservations weeks in advance. Not a bad thing but I was definitely out of place going to the bar to order a beer, wearing blue jeans and a tshirt. Service was friendly despite my blatant underdressing. Fairly busy at 730 pm.
They have a number of decent offerings. New Belgium Peach Porch Lounger (or what ever itís called) won but I saw the usual Anchor, Sierra, and Stone offerings along with some other local beers. Didnít bother even looking at a food menu but what I saw on the tables looked pretty good.
Will stop in again for two reasons: 1) itís 1 block from 21A, and 2) if I have a craving for Orval after ticking bad overpriced beers.

Down the street from 21st Amendment (on 2nd St). Modern decor, lots of wood...very smooth, a bit dark. Only about 12 taps, but all pretty decent beers, though perhaps a bit pedestrian for the jaded beerbro. Fair number of local offerings. Didnít look too much at the bottles. Service was pleasant and quick. Not too busy on my Tuesday night visit, though. Not a must visit in the City, but a decent place.
