This giant liquor supermarket is a good stop for beer. There are plenty of quality things available and many of them were actually fresh. There were not an abundance of rarities on the shelves, but the extensive selection is is definitely not devoid of goodies and solid, quality brews. Prices, like most places in Kentucky, are unbeatable, especially considering the lack of sales of tax on beer. There is also a great growler station. This is very much like Party Source in Bellevue, but just slightly falls short of having that selection.

Patry Town is a good location for singles and the service is very good. Growlers of one of a kind brews are regular. Cigar humidor is good. Good stop on the way south on Interstate 75. Full package store.

Party Town is a bit of a hike for me since Iím in Cincinnati and Iíve got to go a lot farther than The Party Source to get there. However, the 14-tap growler station has made multiple trips worthwhile. The place is in a dumpy strip mall and is disorganized and not well-kept on the inside. Stray bottles make finding particular things tricky sometimes. Itís got a ton of them, though, but still not as many as Party Source. The prices are almost identical at the two stores, but on recent Bellís six packs, Party Town has been cheaper. The real gem here is the growler station. Iím told the 14 taps came from a recent 7-tap expansion. I filled up 3 growlers of FFF Behemoth and 1 growler of Dreadnaught for recent trades. They also had regionals from Kentucky (Bourbon St. Matthews went to another trade), and stuff from Goose Island, DFH, Bellís, Founders, Brooklyn (Manhattan Project!), and more. The prices for these ranged from surprisingly low to completely fair. For this station alone, PT is worth the trip from anywhere in the Cincinnati area. Just as an aside, the staff is helpful, and the younger guys tended to be a lot more gung-ho and friendly, and even better at filling up growlers. An older guy helped me out once and was kind of rude and didnít even fill it to the top.

Has a nice selction of party goods and glassware and all that. Also has a nice beer selection. Plenty of singles of imports and micros and all are kept cold. Looked like a nice wine selection also though I didnt browse through it too much. Pretty good store but I like the Party Source better.

Like the Wal-Mart of party stores in NKY (and thatís not all bad). Prices are good, and they have a great growler station setup (biggest in the greater Cincinnati area). I donít go here often (mainly because of itís distance from me), but when i do, I generally leave happy.

Very similar to the Party Source, but not as fancy or organized. Good selection of singles, so that you are not stuck buying a six pack of something you merely want to try. When I stopped in, some of the shelves were empty. Not as well stocked at Party Source on my visit, but worth a stop.

Their website is not as updated as The Party Source. Big easy parking lot right in front of the place. The beer is mostly along the back wall. Good selection of foreign and domestic beers. Good singles selection. Not quite as good as The Party Source, but the selection was different, so since it is so close I probably will frequent both. I was here a while and saw no employee to ask any questions back by the beer. They do have taps up front in the center with a guy there. I left happy and with several bottles.

currently has more taps than this site would indicate: I went there on 9/17/2011 and they had at least ten taps (perhaps it was for a promotion - I donít know). Ambiance is super-liquor store with novelty hats and raunchy birthday cards. Service is nice and Iíve never needed their help, but it is available. I like the selection, even though they only have a limited selection in the beers I like. Many bottles with which to build your 4/6 pack. Walk-in cooler and plenty of chambered brews. Place could use a little reorganization/stock check.

Good selection of both foreign and domestic. Boasts a large selection of single bottles, both 15.9 oz and singles from six-packs. August 2014 - 16oz, 32oz, and 64oz growlers from a large selection of uncommon local and national brews. Staff is larger, and much more attentive than in the early years. Also, donít miss the Friday Night Flights, usually featuring 8-12 samples (for $2) from a local/regional brewer. Good place

This place rocks. I frequent it it at least once a month, primarily due to their growler selection. They have about 20 taps, and frequently update their website with the fine, often rare beers they get on tap. Prices are astonishingly reasonable, and will do fills for either 64, 32, or 16 oz containers. Aside from the growler station, itís basically a big lot liquor / party store, much like Party Source in NKY, but these guys often have stuff that I donít notice at Party Source. As a result, Iím often picking up bottles while Iím there checking out the growler station. A large selection of singles available, but the whole inventory is not available as singles (but sometimes they accommodate me if theyíre feeling nice). Super good value to this place. Definitely check out their growler selection on their website, before you decide if itís worth a visit. UPDATE 10/13/14: These guys now offer pints and half pints from their growler station that you can drink while you shop. The prices are unbelievably good: the 18 craft taps range from $1.50 - $4 a pint, and half pints are half price. Unbeatable, best value for craft beer on tap I think Iíve ever seen. Value raised a pt to 10. Also, after repeated visits, Iíve noticed the staff has way-above average service for your average big-lot liquor store. They really do seem to enjoy working here, and are always happy to help me out, and are pretty patient with me whipping out my laptop on the growler station and geeking out for an hour. Everytime. Love this place, despite the poor fluorescent-lit big-lot ambiance.
