A city whose best pub is a Paulaner chain shows how dire things are there! But I don’t want to take anything away from Paulaner who do pretty good beers of most styles (though their dunkles is no longer black). This particular establishment must be one of their first outside Bavaria as I remember having my first Salvator here in the mid 90s (yes it’s still on tap all year round!) Food excellent and giagantic portions aswell as affordable. Open every day till late and nearby the main station.

my favorite in Hannover! The best german food you can get along with all the Paulaner line up of beers. Salvator of tap and more. A really nice place and you can find me there with a paulaner pfanne and Paulaner beer every weekend!
