Best brewpub in Buffalo hands down. Their beer and food is excellent and you cannot beat the location.

House beers are usually good. Have expanded number of beers recently and also offer a good selection from other brewers on tap and in bottles. Itís also a great place to have dinner with friends or the family.

Absolutely fabulous! A true brewpub in the sense of the word. Great environment for almost any occasion - very versatile. The beer they offer is good in taste but I would like to see a more diverse variety. Too many light-coloured bevvies. A nice red, a nut brown or porter perhaps, would offer those of us on the "dark side" something to get a little more excited about. The service was good and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the burger! This is a place worth frequenting.

My first stop on my Buffalo beer tour. Right next to the bus station and itís a great first stop. I was here on the day of a winter festival so it was pretty busy for 11:00 AM. Dark old pub with lots of wood and brass. Great selection of their own stuff. Lots of hoppy stuff (not quite as hoppy as Iíd have liked, but things rarely are). Beer specials (including a few knockbacks). Great sandwiches in here too. Friendly staff and friendly locals. I had a great visit in here. Iíll be back.

A good place to go watch hockey. Very spacious with 3 floors that are usually open. Eight house beers and tap plus a few macros. Bubble hockey and pool upstairs. Food is pretty good too. Lots of parking available.

Nice wood interior reminiscent of Flossmoor Station. Located on this charming downtown street with a cable car running down the center. I must be truthful and confess that I had FLOWN to Buffalo to see A Flock Of Seagulls play. There. I said it. Itís out there. No taking it back. Oh, the shame, but at least I feel better ífessing up. Anyway, back to the pub. I remember enjoying the beers quite a bit and there was like an 8-9 beer sampler or something. Huge selection. Middle of the road, mild brews as I recall, and friendly staff. Decent food. All in all, given that it was November in Buffalo (and therefore arctic), a very good time.

Visited on a quiet Saturday afternoon in May, there were lots of wooden chairs and a huge system of belts and fans cooling all the rooms and tables and booths to some rockiní music. Service was fast and friendly. Great pulled pork sandwich and deep fried chips. Beer selection was at least numerous if not too different from each other. Located in an interesting part of town -- 50 years ago it used to be the worst place in America for gangs and fights and such! (Itís cleaned up a lot since then.)
