Visited on a Thursday night. Was a short cab ride from St. Pete Beach. Great feel to the place with outside seating and lighting. Food was great, best Mexican food I have had outside of restaurants in Cabo San Lucas. Very very fresh. Dancing Cody IPA was outstanding. Wife had the El Jefe and it was also very good. Finally "looked" at the beer menu because I had wanted to try Peg’s beers and found that they had a keg of Hunupu. Rough way to end the night. Spoke with Peg for about 10 mins, great spot, great food, great beer!

Great ambiance; we had a beer at the small inside bar then ate dinner on the outside patio. Real Florida feel with the palm trees, landscaping, sunshine and breeze. The house IPA is excellent, and the rest of the beer list is more than adequate. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious, with ample quantities. Prices are very reasonable. Definitely a must-visit place in Pinellas County.

Nearly hidden in downtown Gulfport, Peg’s is a gem of a place. The food is incredible and so very fresh. The beer selection is impressive, and their own beer is excellent. It’s cash only, but they do have an ATM on premise. If you are ever in St. Pete or the surrounding area, you have to visit Peg’s.

What a gem ! Cozy, friendly, lively "cantina" with a splash of beach shack. Plenty of outdoor seating for the warmer months. Had two of the three house beers (among others) which were excellent. Altogether there were 15 drafts and ~70 bottled on the beer list- all amazing, flavorful stuff too. Small menu, but our meals were great. One of the best beer experiences I’ve had in forever. Peg’s is a lot of fun. Go there !

Lovely, lovely stop on our 20th anniversary beer tour. Bartender Sarah was very helpful. House beers are excellent, plus several taps of other great choices. Many bottles available as well. Food menu is simple and has a bit of something for everyone, including vegetarian and vegan.

This pico-brewpub place is a hidden treasure. No italian food here, just good downtoearth mexican and southwest pleasures. Evedently it used to be called Pegs Pizza a while ago. Well, there is no dago pizza here! As for beer, the beer meisters here are the closest thing to melded american nano- brewing. I’ve recently come to find out that Doug, the brewer, is also the brewer for Cigar City, what a find! Beer is reallly on style and sometimes augmented. Delicious. This night we had a really really good berliner sour, tremendous. Small cozy place lit by candles and off and set back from the main beach area. Ambiance is really nice and small town sandy togetherness. If you are in this area, and you like to sample different brewpubs, by all means you otta check it out. If you don’t like a crowd, go on a day that is not busy. We went there around four on a monday during the winter. Tho few taps of their own brew, they have many other hard to get taps and a nice bottle selection. You can even enjoy the place with a non beer snob for they have a macro or to also.

Nice little relaxing place in a beach town. Wife and I had a great time enjoying a beautiful day on the deck. Food is good, had some great chicken tacos and the house beers are very good. A good selection of other beers and wine are available also. A must stop if you are in the area.

If I still lived in Tampa this would be my favorite place to go, just a quiet chill little spot with great beer. Having most of their seating outside is a huge thing for me ecspecially when visiting Florida in November. The food is all mexican and the shrimp burrito I had was great. The service was spot on all night and the owners did everything to make sure we were taken care of. They had enough Cigar City beers to make me happy, a big bottle list and 2 of their own when I was there. To sum it up I had a killer time and will definitely be back next year.

Cool little place with very limited indoor seating but spacious outdoor/patio options. This outdoor space must be amazing during the cooler months. Doug (head brewer here, currently also assistant brewer at CCB) puts out two tasty brews on tap along with their short yet very very tasty guest tap list. Doug strives to have one of his IPA on all the time. He seems to move through new beers and “one offs” all the time. His staple IPA might be the best FL brewed IPA I’ve had. The food is tasty and I love the tortilla crust mini pizzas. The times I’ve been there they haven’t accepted credit cards so that was a bit odd. It is a good thirty minutes away but plan to come back often.
