By far and away the best place to buy craft beer in the Greater Myrtle Beach area. Comparatively (to other local stores) an excellent selection of craft.beer. Prices were a bit lower than other stores as well. Donít miss it!

Best selection in Myrtle Beach that Iíve found. Good number of beer. Found Rodenbach and other good belgian which made my day. Not many specials but a good selection none the less.

I can totally see how this is the best place in Myrtle Beach. But even so, itís disappointing. I came here largely for some Westbrook brews, but only found the super common ones (I picked up a sixer of their IPA). For a grocery store, they have a nice little selection of craft brews. But itís no specialty bottleshop, and nothing you shouldnít be able to find in any of several bottle shops in the greater (non Myrtle Beach) area. Iíd head back if Iím in the area, but wouldnít make a special trip.

They have a very nice selection for a supermarket. They have dogfish, Bells, Evil twin, Anchor, Southern Tier, and a nice group of Belgiumís. The market itself is very clean with lots of high end foods. Nicest place in the Myrtle beach area. Not one person in the beer area and the check out people had no idea when I asked about what other beers are normally available.

Rating from April 2011. This is really the only good place to get craft beer in Myrtle Beach from a store. There are a few others, but none with this selection, prices, and of course the growler fills are nice also.

Byrdís Beer at the Pig: The best place in Myrtle Beach to find quality beer and craft brews. They have an excellent selection and a nice variety. They have the beer you wonít find anywhere else in town. Typical six-packs and four-packs, as well as individual bottles and even a Growler Station. Assistance is readily available, if needed, but these guys will let you browse without breathing down your neck. And honestly, with the variety they have, youíre going to need time to look. Get the BeerBuddy app (powered by RateBeer) to help make your selection! Excellent layout and appearance - the theme of the beer section blends in with the upscale look of this particular grocery store.

Visited this place twice over the 3 days I was at the beach. Great selection from all around, limited mix-a-six, rotating taps for 32 and 64 oz growler fills. Friendly, knowledgeable beer-specific staff. Lots of stuff I was surprised to see sitting on the shelves and prices were very, very reasonable.

This is a grocery store. But a great selection. Probably the best for Myrtle Beach. Single, six packs and a growler station. Prices are average. Nice Dog Fish selection.

Amazing selection. Growler u-fill left me envious. Did I say they have a good selection?

Very nicely laid out store and rather clean compared to the other Piggly Wiggly stores in this area. Beer selection is very nice! Great selection of bombers on the front end, and a wide variety of different fare form a wide variety of different companies. Saw a few rarities as well, namely Founders Frangelic Mountain Brown and Dogfish Head Bitches Brew. You can mix and match your own 6-pack, but the selection you can mix and match is rather limited (only two small rows worth and maybe 20 different beers tops). They have also upped their taps from 4 to 6. The major drawback for me was that the majority of beers were in the cooler, not warm. I would have bought more to bring back home to Louisville with me had there been a better warm beer selection. But overall, a great selection at a fair price, (a little high on a few too many beers). Definitely a must visit if youíre in the Myrtle Beach area.
