2010-07. Visited on a quiet afternoon last July, we walked in to find a ton of bottles out on several wire shelving units. Very easy to browse and is neatly organized. We picked up a few but could easily have taken more had we not already been to other stores on our trip already. Prices seemed reasonable, staff was friendly and answered our questions competently. Would revisit given the opportunity.

Nice, cosey place. They have a neat selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff. First store I actually entered ever in the USA. I could even try some beers they opened, which is a good thing. In Holland this is never done. (Believe the law doesnít allow). Would definately visit again.

2010-07. Selection was pretty extensive. We only bought a few things as we had stocked up at Bottleworks and Belmont Station in Portland. We probably would have left here with 20-40 bottles if we could have. Atmosphere is nicer than Bottleworks in a way, but as noted by others its partly due to bottles being out in the light. Short drive, longish walk from downtown this was well worth a visit. Prices seemed reasonable but we donít really compare to other places in the PNW often.

Pretty cool place. Not very big, but had an amazing selection Consecration, Temptation, Firestone Walker 13th Anniversary all there. Plenty of Midnight Sun. Some hot rocking Asian chick was working there, which was a bonus for a young 25 year-old like myself. Not in the middle of Pikeís Place as a few people have mentioned. Up Pike St. but not close to the actual market. Didnít mind the walk at all. Anyways, not a very big place, but for someone from Georgia they had plenty to satisfy my need.

Bottleworks-central I refer to it. Really good selection and with a slightly higher markup indicative of the rent location. Still, much easier to get to.

In the heart of Pike Place Market... I usually stop by for a pint. They rarely have any seasonal beer on draft though that are exciting and new. They are usually very busy and the service suffers as a result. The prices for the food are a little high, considering the food is not that great, but it all about the location.

Immaculately organized and clean structure to the store. Lots of empty space, and what looks like delicately aligned rows of bottles, unfortunately sitting at near room temperature and exposed too much to ambient light. Some coolers hold a few singles/bombers and some six packs, but bottles such as Jolly Pumpkin were sitting out in the warm air and light. Prices were high, comparable with Bottleworks. Selection was more thorough than Bottleworks, and of course Pike doesnít have those annoying 5000% markup aged bottles that Bottleworks attempts to sell. I guess itís worth visiting, although I didnít come away with anything since Iíve pretty much tapped anything of interest in or from the PNW over the last few years.

Totally impressed. This place is spectacular. Except for the few rarities that Bottleworks gets, this place blows it out of the water. Probably about the same in price which is a little higher than bottle shops Iím used to but the selection is overwhelming. Way larger and of equal if not better quality. Really clean and well organized by region. I remember walking through and thinking, "i bet this guy just got the catalog from his distributor and said give me everything." Iíd say at least 600 different beers. My only complaint was that the window shades were pulled all the way up on a rare sunny seattle day. All the German swill and others were just baking in the sun.

Fantastic selection of beer - truly overwhelming for a Canadian visiting the US for the first time. Very well-lit (arguably too well-lit, but I found it handy). with a friendly atmosphere. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful, and commented on all the porters I picked up while browsing. Very, very friendly staff. I canít wait to come back here.
