Small place and can be overcrowded. Fantastic selection. Good service in the garden (not so good in the restaurant). Food ranges from bad to amazing. A bit overpriced for most bottles, but a great go-to if you want to try something rare!

Quite impressive selection of bottles and draft..staff is helpful and willing to be honest and guide one into what are solid selections to try..have some rarities that are worth seeking out..only real issue is fairly high prices..but it is worth it for the most part for singles..most bombers are way overpriced...didn’t try food..Can get growlers filled as well..

Just bought from the beer store side. Did not eat in the restaurant. Incredible selection! Higher prices than I am used to in GA but lots of stuff I’ve never seen before. Everything is available in singles. Also have draft for on site consumption and to go in growlers but I was in a hurray and did not pay very clise attention to the selection.

An awesome little place to buy beer. The selection is great, and the people working there are helpful and knowledgable. I didn’t try any food, but it’s nice that there are some taps so you can drink while shopping.

Great selection and one of the few viable locations to find craft beer in Delco. My only real complaint is the pricing. The markup is massive. Let me give you an example. A Trappist Rochefort 10 retails for $10 or $11 at Pinocchio’s. The same bottle at Total Wine & More, down the road in Delaware, retails for $6-$7. If you are looking to buy a single, it might be ok to pay the convenience tax of grabbing it here. I’m generally not ok with this. The best option here is to get a growler filled. Most drafts will run about $20... but it’s fresh and there are many options. In sum, if the pricing was a bit better, Pinocchio’s could achieve greatness.

Great pizza ship / bar / package store. Had four great drafts where several were only $3 for Philly Beer Week. Pizza was outstanding. Beer Garden had tons of beer of many varieties. I did not pick up anything outrageous but did make a very nice mix of 7 brews for $24.

Stopped in on June 3, 2012. Cafe style joint with a great tap list. Huge bottle selection. Cheesesteaks. Cool spot. The take-home beer store is incredible - about 800 or so to select from. Cigar City, AleSmith, Russian River, Port/Lost Abbey - lots of goodies!

i wish it didn’t take me a half hour to get to this place! i would certainly be here more often if that were the case. cheesesteaks, pizzas, and beer. i can’t really ask for much more. the beer selection is not easily matched and everyone behind the counter knows what they’re talking about. with 20+ taps, being able to sample is a must... and they’re glad to help out! i’ve heard people complain about the mix-a-six prices, but that’s easily offset by the cheap food prices. i don’t think the bottle prices are any more than other shops in the area. right on par with a place like capone’s. i recommend you stop in if you’ve never been, you won’t regret it.

The good: top notch selection at excellent prices. Quick growler fills with rotating taps. The bad: too small and crowded to expect even decent service from the guys running the place. Also, they will pour pints so it becomes really difficult to access the coolers with people hanging out for hours at a take-out shop.
