Pizzaport is great just about anywhere! The food is just awesome, especially with a pitcher of Sharkbite red sitting in front of you! Parking can tend to be a slight issue, but once you get around this, gather your 20 best friends and kick your feet up for 5 hours to some big screen tv action! The service is pretty good by most standards and the beer selection speaks for itself!

The best of the 3 ports. The pizza kicks all ass. Usually some new kick ass beer that they make, and they have some other micros that are solid. They got hank jr on the jutebox. The picnic tables rock. A great drinking and dining and drinking more experience.

Pizza Port Solana Beach is simply a great place to enjoy excellent beer. The house beers are always good and the guest tap list is usually full of surprises (including East Coast brews from Dogfish Head and others). The food is simple but pleasing, pizza, salads, even salad pizza. Service is all counter-based and most of the workers wear their “Cool-Badge” on their sleeves but they are pleasant. Ambiance is So Cal surfer bar, wooden communal picnic tables, surf boards, video games and possibly the smallest brewery you will ever see. A must visit if you are in San Diego.

I've spent many hours drinking some great brews at the port. Excellent selection of in-house and guest brews. Typically pour a full range of beer styles on draft, including many great seasonals. Their guest list usually includes selections from Bear Republic, Green Flash, Alesmith, Stone and Craftsman. The pizza is also quite good...very chewy crust and copious amounts of toppings. The attentiveness of the bartenders ranges from excellent to aloof. Overall one of the best brewpubs in San Diego (and quite possibly California).
