Interesting place tucked in the mill building in downtown Newmarket. Focuses on dishes incorporating local ingredients, mostly local meats from Popper’s Artisanal Meats. Dishes are a little expensive and quality can be hit-or-miss. The charcuterie is fantastic, however. They’ve been featuring more and more local beers, which is exciting. Limited taps, but tend to get beers that no one else in Newmarket/Durham have, despite the limited number of taps. The high selection rating is for making the effort to get one or two small-production NH beers going. Go for the meat and the beer, skip the entrees.
