86 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 13/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 9/10 OVERALL 17/20 Ryan3F (1) , | October 13, 2012 Went there today. The person working there was very helpful. Had a decent selection of 3 Floyds beers. Also picked up a 6 pack of Bells Hopslam. Prices were very reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised with their selection. I just wish it was a bit closer to where I live. | 68 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 9/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 15/20 HopFilter (3) Lawrenceburg, Indiana | August 13, 2012 The best selection in the locale. If your looking for a descent selection around the Aurora/Lawrenceburg area, then this is the place to go. They are the closest store that has a pretty good selection of 3Floyds, but also carry some Stone, Tyranena, Bell’s, Heavy Seas, Left Hand, and a few others. I just put a request in for Stone 16th Anniversary when it is released. | 66 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 9/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 12/20 AndyReynolds (51) Wilder, Kentucky | March 30, 2009 I heard about this place on Rate Beer. It seems to be the closest place to Cincinnati that carries 3 Floyds. They do not always have their entire line, but the few times I have been there, the Pour House has had a pretty good selection. | 64 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 10/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 12/20 ContemplateBeer (87) Louisville, Kentucky | February 21, 2009| Updated April 4, 2009 Small beer\liquor store with solid selections. Good, friendly and somewhat knowledgeable service. Selection is mostly American craft beers (I have found Bell’s Expedition Stout Here) and some imports, mostly German and English. Size of this selection, due to the size of the store, is not very big, but they will probably have something you haven’t tried unless you are a beer god of some sort. Also, they seem to have added some Belgians (Chimay) and Three Floyds as of late. Snacks, but no food per se. Reasonably priced as well. A good little beer store in a little town. | 72 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 10/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 15/20 shigadeyo (58) Harrison, Ohio | October 9, 2006 I found out about this place from their advertisement and coupon in a local coupon circular and decided to check it out during a road trip today (Columbus Day 2006)... The Pour House Bottle Shop is a liquor, beer, and wine store. They have a pretty decent selection of bottled beer above and beyond the usual macro and micro stuff. Some imports, seasonals, and rarities including 3F Dreadnaught. I managed to snag the last Stone Vertical Epic 04.04.04! What a find that was and made the trip completely worth it! They have lots of 4-pack and 6-packs both on the shelf and in the coolers. They also have many of the beers by the single bottle in the cooler. Also, if there is something they have that’s not singled out, just ask and they will be more than happy to sell one bottle at a time! |
