Finally made it to Primoís today with my girlfriend and we had a blast trying their signature sandwhices and checking out the fantastic beer selection they have for such a small place. You can make your own six pack and I made a ridiculous one that only costs me ten dollars for six beers. Considering I had some of the best beers offered I felt this was extremely reasonable. I walked out the door with that six pack, the enormous amount of food we ate and drinks for about 45 bucks. Not half bad. The atmosphere is outstanding for a place that looks like a hole from the outside, and the service was excellent. For anyone that loves craft beer and a good sandwhich, Primoís deli is where itís at.

The outside doesnít seem to be very inviting. My wife made me scope out the place and make sure it was family friendly. And indeed it was. It is well kept and clean. They immediatly brought in a stack of coloring books and crayons and a basket full of chips which kept my two young ones calm. It may seem cozy but there is plenty of elbow room. Although it doesnít have the selection of my favorite bottle shop there was plenty of great beer to either drink there or take out. I would like to have seen more local Ohio beers on draft. The food was delicious and tasted fresh. A great place for a beer and a sandwich.

Itís a pretty small place. I just stopped in to check out their beer selection, so I didnít eat. I will eventually though. As far as beer goes, they have a nice selection considering the size of the place. I was surprised to see some of the beers they had. The price is a little high...Iíve never paid $14 for a 4 pack of Old Stock Ale till I went here. However, considering the selection and that itís a mom and pop kind of shop, Iím ok forking over a little extra money. Iím very happy to have went and I will return!

Wish I could have stayed for a sandwhich, the food looked great. This place is small and quaint, but the beers they do carry are good ones. Found Nogne imperial stout, speedway, pannepot among others. Nothing crazy, but they do a good job. Just be forwarned, the place is small, so you are shopping for beer right next to people who are eating.

Good food and service along with a nice beer selection. When you arrive and want a beer, the staff says, " Oh honey just go and get one yourself!"

This place is a hidden treasure! Donít expect fancy when you come to Primoís - this is a down-home place. While I always find something new and interesting to try, beer-wise, we come here just as much for the food. Their home-made clam chowder is to die for! The salads are HUGE, the bagels fresh and the ruebens authentic. They have all sorts of food from pierogies to veggie burgers. But tops on the list is their carrot cake - better than any of the frou-frou restaurants around, hands down. You can browse then help yourself to the beers in the many wall-coolers. If youíre new to Akron, or just passing through, donít miss this local gem.

Great place to eat and buy beer. Bottomless chip basket. Beer selection about as good as Acmeís and it may be better since the owner will order anything you want if he can get it. I have had many sandwiches there: rueben, spicy Italian, Big Chicago dog, Jarlsburg swiss, Burger, corned beef and swiss, BLT with egg, etc..... All are excellent. It is top on my list if I am hungry and thirsty for a special beer. What else should you have with a great beer but a great sandwich?

Excellent Place for a great beer and a great sandwich. A very interesting atmostphere. The smoking section is surrounded by coolers containing singles and shelves containing singels an 6 packs. The no smoking section is more boring. All brews are priced for "take out", but you can pick whatever you like to drink in house for a small additional fee (something like $1/). Given that all the prices are on the low side, with the additional fee, the brews here are still the cheapest. Although not the largest beer selection I have seen, certainly an impressive one. To me, it seems almost trimmed to include some of only the very best brews. From great belgians (rochefort, chimay) to great americans (dogfishead and jolly pumpkin) they have it all. The have a very limited draft selection (usually nothing worthwhile). Great service. And, to top it off Great deli food. Itís not in the best of neighborhoods, but itís not too hard to find. The best selection of beer at any restaurant in Akron.

Primoís is located on Wooster Rd which is slightly north of the I-76 interchange on I-77. Parking is limited and is kind of scary because the lot is right on top of the road and you might have to pull in slowly.

The atmosphere is heaven for a person who likes beer and deli food. Seating is in the center portion of the deli and there is beer every which way you turn. Coolers of beer, shelves of beer, breweriana, coasters etc. There is also another room for dining but why would you want to go in there? The only downside is that it is distracting to have all that beer to look at while you are supposed to be eating or talking to your dining companion.

The beer selection is very good. Anything from Stone, GLBC, Founderís, Avery etc to tons of imports from around the world. The best part is they actually encourage you to mix and match singles for a flat $7.99 per 6-pack. Awesome! You can select any of the beers in the cooler to go with your sandwich and get a couple beers like Red Seal on tap too.

The service here is good and everyone I encountered knew the beer.

Primoís food is fantastic especially if you like deli-type fare. The meatball sandwich I had was one of the best I have had.

I will definitely make it a point to visit Primoís again when I am in the Akron/Canton area.
