68 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 6/10 SELECTION 11/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 14/20 Murphy (35) Fort Collins, Colorado | September 18, 2004 Mainly a wine store. Decent selection of american micros but nothing amazing. Some hard to find belgians-Cantillion, etc, also some nice smoked beers. Worth a stop if you’re looking for the foreign stuff. | 66 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 9/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 13/20 adnielsen (325) Fort Collins, Colorado | January 13, 2011| Updated February 22, 2012 Decent liquor store but if you’re in Fort Collins with a couple of lambics every once in a while with a pretty decent bomber section. Worth a stop if you have some extra time in Foco. | 74 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 9/10 SELECTION 10/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 15/20 curly (114) Kirkland, Washington | July 4, 2010| Updated February 22, 2012 Smaller selection than Wilbur’s but better prices, small mix a six section but they always said I could break a pack if they had room in the singles cooler. | 68 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 6/10 SELECTION 10/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 15/20 BlackForestCO (18) Aurora, Colorado | September 19, 2008| Updated June 12, 2009 Underrated store in Fort Collins. Their focus is mostly on wine, but they have a good amount of Belgians and US micros also. Singles and bombers are what really makes the store worth stopping in as the six pack selection is somewhat limited. Staff is nice, but not the most knowledgeable. Worth a stop if you are in the area. | 56 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 6/10 SELECTION 9/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 10/20 Deeez20 (2) Loveland, Colorado | June 3, 2006| Updated June 12, 2009 They do a good job. Wide selection, but not as big as other stores in the area. I did find a couple of beers that are very hard to come by, and will definately stop in from time to time checking out new items. | 72 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 10/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 15/20 Crosling (70) Loveland, Colorado | June 13, 2005 A pretty good store. The Belgian beer selection is pretty vast, which I like. Although some of the bottles are very old, even the employees say that some Belgian stuff on the shelf is 3+ years old. Still some fresh goodies to pick out. They really also make an effort to sell fresh Craft 6’ers which is a major plus and they have about 50 or so American Specialties, though the department is lacking several beers, like Great DIvide big beers for example. I still enjoy Pringles though and they get new stuff occasionally. | 54 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 5/10 SELECTION 7/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 12/20 jigglyjock (3) Seattle, Washington | October 19, 2004| Updated November 4, 2005 Has about 20-30 belgians and a very small local big beer selection. But than again it is much better than any other typical small liquere store. Consitrates on wine. Also has a decent cigar case. | 58 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 6/10 SELECTION 8/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 12/20 Ernest (126) Boulder, Colorado | October 14, 2004| Updated November 4, 2005 Things don’t seem to change much here, and the selection is pretty small. They don’t really offer anything that Wilburs, Liquor Max, and Supermarket don’t have. The only reason to come here is in the hopes of finding something old that everyone else has sold out of (I’ve scored bottles of Blaugies and Dupont beers here that I couldn’t get elsewhere). | 76 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 12/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 15/20 Ringo (7) Loveland, Colorado | August 14, 2004| Updated November 4, 2005 A great store but not on the ball as far as getting new stuff regularly. However they are a reliable place to get Belgians such as Rochefort, Owd Beersel, Boon, etc. etc. |
