I stopped by on June 1, 2009, while on vacation to stock up on goodies for the week. Sadly, it looks like Priscilla went out of business. The signs were all still out front but the store was completely empty and there were no notices up about a change in location.

Good selection for a town that has very few shops that carry craft beer. Fairly good variety. All bottles, including every 12 oz’er is priced individually. Prices are higher than what I’m used to in the midwest. Discount is given if you by a full six pack of identical beers.

A nice small shop in a fairly beer devoid area. From what I understand she has only recently picked up the distribution of micro and craft beers but she’s doing a good job. I think she told my girlfriend and I that two guys she knows tells her what all to get when she orders. Well enough about that. Has a decent selection of singles and sixers. Bigfoot was there, had some Southampton and most trappists etc... Nothing you wouldnt find anywhere else but easily the best place to shop in the area.

The Beer collection has improved recently and doubled! Lots of great beers not found in other locations in Carteret County! Best Wine Selection in Carteret County!

Has a fair collection of some good, hard to find beers/ales. Nice find for the eastern NC area of the crystal coast. Could use some more beers (about 20-25), this is mostly a wine place. Update--Huge improvement it beer colections. Nice beer find for MHC!
