Great food prices are good, beer selection is great but a bit pricy.

A cool place that takes the building of the Alchemist brew pub, happy to see they are brewing now. Food was good, but expensive, I guess the same can be said for the beer. Wish it wasn’t always packed.

Visited a few times on my visits to Vermont. Great location and ambiance. Have always sat at the bar where the service was outstanding. They have great locals on tap plus and nice bottle list. Was able to order food at the bar which was served quickly and was great. Prices were reasonable and overall a must visit while in Vermont. Cheers!

Last of our stops in Waterbury and our spot for dinner for the evening. It’s a rather large restaurant space with a big bar and plenty of seating. Compared to some of the other places in town, sort of a more modern feel to it.

They have the same draft list here as in the brewery/taproom, so you do not need to go to both if you want to try all they have to offer. Even the guest beers are the same. There’s a huge list of liquor and some really nice cocktails here, too.

The food is pretty much BBQ, but they have some other things too. The mac and cheese that my fiancee got was really killer. We seriously got an embarrassing amount of food and it was all good. Pretty reasonably priced, too. Highly recommend a meal here when you’re in town.

When work calls me out to Waterbury, I have no problem ever stopping in at this restaurant to have a fantastic meal along with their own BBQ sauces specially made by them along with their great beers. Guests taps are even spectacular. And they always plan well for adequate service during peak times.

Great place. Good food, with good prices. And the beer - great selection! Some real top notch beers with a variety of styles. Plus their own brews aren’t bad (the DIPA I had was really good). Overall a great stop for any beer lover. Busy though; get there early or wait a long time for a table.

Visited a couple of times. Nice place at 3 min from Hwy 89. Can be crowded during lunchs, especially in summer. Beer selection is great: The Alchemist. Hill Framstead, Lawson’s. They also have their own brews and other Vermont stuff too. Service is great, food looks awesome (but I never had a meal... next time!). A must-stop-place without a doubt.

Top notch spot for sure. Service was great, ambience was great. Good selection including maybe a dozen of their own beer, 3-4 HF, and lots of other great choices with lots of range. Awesome spot.

This place is unbelievable. Selection was top notch, solid in-house brews, an unbelievable poutine, the bartender and head brewer were more than helpful, and the building smelled of brewing beer and smoked meat. What else does one seek in life?

This place was spectacular. We stopped in because a buddy of mine raved about it. Ambiance is nice. It’s a little small. But I love the woodwork and there are plenty of seats at the bar. The service was awesome. Dude was very attentive and we even got to talk to the head Brewer for a bit. He gave us some samples and talked about the beer just to talk. It was awesome. The food was magic. Poutine and chopped pork mac and cheese were consumed. Amazing. The selection was good as well. Hill Farmstead, Lawson’s, Almanac, and a bunch of house brewed beers that were good. The price was just what if expect to pay for the quality we got. This place is an absolute must!

Went there twice the same day during a beer lovers road trip with my girlfriend. Wil definitely go back! My Girlfriend just loved the casked version of the Piggy Brown, called the figgy brown, aged with figs and cinnamon.
