Throw in an extremely knowledgeable staff and your beer always being poured into proper glassware and this place cant be beat! They also have market launch parties for local breweries and 100% legit cask ale nights with stuff like triple dry hopped ruination or Christmas spiced improv from CCB. Prices are great and even better on kill-the-kegs wed. where you can get EXTREME deals on some draft options ( I had cup’o kyndness for 3 dollars a pint) See for yourself you wont regret it.

Pretty much the place to come in Tallahassee, 29 Taps of all craft except for the occasional Coors Light. Bartenders are great and know their beer, the only issue is parking and the location makes it difficult to get in and out. By far the best selection in Tallahassee, anything that the town gets Proof will have. Wednesday $3 Pints are a great way to get something you like on discount, they have Arrogant Bastard on that every once and a while, always makes for a good night. They get things that other places in town just don’t get. Proof has had a number of imitators pop up in town but they are still one of the best. Sometimes late at night it gets way too crowded with the undergrad taint, but earlier in the evenings is wonderful. EDIT: Sometimes things that are "rare" in Tallahassee can get a bit pricey, and once again, you need to come early if you want to enjoy a pint without being bumped up against drunken coeds.

The widest beer selection in the area. 28 taps with only a single macro (Bud Light or PBR) most of the time. Stone, Cigar City, and Oskar Blues are regular taps along with a wide assortment of Belgians, other American craft beers, and some Brit imports. It’s smoke-free and has large flat screens for sports fans. Depending on the day and time the vibe can be a beer lover’s haven or a college pickup joint or something in between. Byron and Angela go the extra mile for customers so if there’s something you want but don’t see, ask. If it’s available in Florida they’ll try to get it for you.

Lots of taps with a very respectable selection of beers on tap and in bottles. Large flat screens provide a sports bar atmosphere. The 2020 FIFA World Cup was in full swing on this day and the place was very crowded and spirited. The owner, Byron, and his wife could not have been more friendly and welcoming. I don’t visit the panhandle of Florida much, but when I do, here I will be.

Had the Tally tasting here. Great bar, although was very loud for the World Cup. The craft beer bar has college kids. Interesting. Anyway, the ambiance is like an upscale beer bar with lots of open space for milling. The service was Johnny-on-the-spot and was very cool. Great taps and selection including Jai Alai and Maduro from CCB. Seems like they have some of the best beer in Tally. If I was around Tally, I would hang out here.

Nice bar. I was there too early in the day, but the owner(Byron) took me in and showed me around and even let me sample some beer. Nice chunk of taps, rotating selection and a really nice bar overall. This is what I would build if I were building a beer bar. They have lots of liquor too.

Finally made my way into the newest hot spot in Tallahassee. Very impressed. They have 28 high quality taps and well over 100 bottles to choose from. A few wines thrown in for good measure and a full bar featuring a lot of the latest premium liquors. Tap selection includes several Stones, some Weyerbacher, Bells, Rogue to name just a few of the American micros on hand, a handful of Belgians and a few English commons to round it out. All very reasonably priced - many of the the pints are $3.50 and some of the bottled bombers are only $7.99. Impressive array of proper glassware as well. Clean, modern. smoke free environment with plenty of room to move around and the music does not drown out your conversation. Don’t let the location near campus scare you away - this place is a must visit if in the area. Pickup a few bottles to go next door in the Liquor Loft as well.

Best, smoke-free selection in Tallahassee. New tap selections rotate in weekly to complement about 20 regular tap offerings. More Belgians than macros on tap. Wealth of American micros on tap. Plenty of bottle selections. Most are very reasonably priced. Liquor available for non-beer drinkers. Atmosphere can be upscale or collegiate. TVs to watch, but typically music playing from the speakers. Shares space with Liquor Loft store allowing customers to pick-up a 6-pack of what they’ve just enjoyed on their way out.
