Prost is located just across the interstate from many other fine Denver establishments, and is definitely worth the stop. The German focus is appreciated and they are producing some really nice beers. A local food vendor was set up outside should you get hungry.

Large well lit room with about 5 beers on tap. Service is generally quick and friendly although the help does’t always know that much about the beer. The beer ius a little pricey for what it is. The beer was boring at best.

Visited twice during GABF. Love the direction. Awesome brewmaster in Bill Eye. Relaxing space with solid beer on tap and food trucks outside. Perfect weekend spot for watching a game--specifically watching the Yankees lose to the Tigers.

A pretty cool German beer hall. All 4 beers were clean and refreshing. Very cool.

This is a brewery for the Lager geek a true lager being brewed here. Teriffic beers and great service.

Nice German style type beer hall, great service. 4 of their own beers available plus some guest taps, think there were three. Did not eat, was a food truck outside I think. A bit out of the way when walking from downtown, but well worth it for the very well made beers.

Pretty cool interior with a lot of long wooden picnic benches. Walls and celing covered in light wood with banners drapped from the ceiling. Really cool copper fermentors and the space of the brewery is rather large. No food on site but usually always food trucks out front. The beer is all German, but they do have guest taps from local breweries for a different variety. Not a huge selection but decent beers and a cool atmosphere. Decent pricing and flights available. Pretty cool new brewery.

Not a completely authentic interior but it is nicely decorated with long, wooden, German-esque benches. Very nice bar with nice decor. The Hefeweizen and the Pils were both some of the finest examples in Colorado at the moment. Prices seemed reasonable, though the price of a maß was too high. Definitely one of the more interesting, new venues in Denver.

medium-sized interior room with communal tables. televisions inside and a boisterous crowd inside and out. beer quality is generally poor. the pils was overhopped and overattenuated, the dunkel sour and watery, and the batch 1 dunkelweizen tasted like rotting vegetables, soil, meat and malzbier. the marzen is maybe the dirtiest beer i’ve had this year. the weizen is decent enough. i’ve been through bavaria a few times and I have a passion for well-made lager, but sadly these guys are brewing some of the worst lagers around. i imagine the brewer likes his products but just can’t pick up the flaws and faults. i don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing for him.

Large beer hall with plenty of interior space and a decent sized patio overlooking downtown/Coors field (there is some construction around currently that dampens the vibe a bit, but hopefully that will change) - this place is 100% German - communal tables - all beers served in the proper glassware (pilsner glass, weizen, dimpled mug) - also, all beers are available in a maß as well - they also serve traditional beer "cocktails," such as radlers, made with the house beers - prices on the beers are pretty fair (5 bucks for 20 ounces of hefe is good in my book) - they have both bar and table service and the servers are quick, friendly and attentive - they only have four taps and that is all they plan to have - for some, that might not be enough, but for a strictly German place, I am totally cool with that, especially given the quality of the beer - the weizen and dunkel are quite good, but the pils is hands down the best lager made in the state - they also plan to have guest taps from anyone they contract brew for (their brewing system is so large that they have agreed to contract for other local breweries) - the current lists notes Dad and Dude’s and Crooked Stave as upcoming guest beers - a great overall vibe with truly tasty beers - between this place and Hogshead, I may just need to start looking in to moving to this side of town.
