Always and interesting place to visit at specially have a chat with the ever enthusiastic Anders. The food is great and the beer is in constant variation from medium to really nice. The brew master is interested in experimenting with his beer within their own style and don’t care to make up new names even if there is clearly some major changes every now and then, but who really cares except for ticking - sometimes it just about the beer and we have to accept this philosophy. So if you had a mediocre IPA with some British hops and low bitterness this might as well be a nice American style Amarillo/Cascade in perfect balance with the malt next time. Looking forward to also sample something from the new distillery in short time. Remember to also try their own roasted coffee when visiting.

A nice brewpub with their own beer. The food is good. the service is good. But there is more people in the summer season than the winter season. Nice location.

A great place! The one and only in Mandal if you appreciate good beer. Well, food and beer are expensive, 12 Euro for 40 cl and main courses for about 40-45 Euro. If this does not scare you you will certainly enjoy tasty food and high quality beer. 6 beers on tap. Provianten 4-Korn Stout and Provianten Juleøl were excellent. I will return! An interesting place, serving good, put pricey, food, roasting their own coffee, baking their own delicious bread, brewing beer, selling some fine cheeses, hams and home made jams etc. In the near future, maybe distilling too. Since the opening, the beers have improved a lot too. Be sure to stop by if you’re in the area.

A good restaurant with a seperate brewpub, almost at the waterfront. 4 beers on tap at my visit,the IPA was in excellent condition. Very good food in the restaurant and good service as well. Had a nice chat with the brewer, Anders. A must visit place if you travel from Kristiansand to Stavanger

Modern newly renovated cafe/restaurant by the river with there own coffee roastery, bakery and brewery. Friendly staff but they know very little about there own beers. They had 3 of there own beers on tap (Pale Ale, Amber and Hefeweisen), 4 beers from Nøgne Ø and a couple of macros. I had the fish soup and it was very good. Good food, decent beers, nice atmosphere and location equals a place I definitely will visit next time im in town.
