An average place with average food, beer and service. There are better places to go if you are in Indianapolis and obviously much better beer to be had elsewhere.

A chain-type restaurant/brewpub in downtown Indy. Itís a huge place, with plenty of tables and a large wraparound bar. There are multiple TVs and a large projection screen. This is definitely a sports bar. The beer is pretty mediocre overall. I tried the double IPA, porter, pale ale, and pumpkin ale. Most were drinkable but not memorable. I didnít get any food. Overall, a convenient location, definitely a good place to catch a big game, but the beer is certainly sub-par. There are definitely better beer locations in Indy.

My patty melt was absolutely delicious and the knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff was fantastic. They had all the regular beers on tap and a seasonal RIS that was exceptional. A great place to eat and relax with a great beer, The Ram features their beers more than treating them like an afterthought.

A well-lit chainy goofy type atmostphere, as is to be expected. My bartender was prompt, but not very knowledgeable, and he seemed to resent the fact that I was rating beers and not ordering food. Pretty much just their stuff and macros available, but I suppose thatís to be expected. Didnít eat, but the beer prices were reasonable and average. Overall, stop in if you have the time and want to try a few new things, otherwise donít worry about it.

Good to great food. Massive size and quantities of Tvís with sports everywhere. Brewed beers are good but not special. Prices are reasonable for work or friends.

Only had one beer on this trip, but a good one at that. Appropriate lighting and nestled in a nice little cluster of eateries (and drinkeries!) with cheap parking. Very good food for this type of chain, and the larger pints were a nice surprise. A little crowded, but the wait staff was still pleasant. All in all, a solid large brewpub definitely worth a stop if in the area, but I donít know that Iíd make the hour-long drive from my home too often.

Large restaurant and bar located in the heart of Indianapolis across the street from the famous St. Elmos Steakhouse. Very large bar area decorated in a modern pub theme with several large screen Tvs around. We were seated in the restaurant side of the brewpub which was also nicely adorned as well. Food selection was very good to excellent, and the food we had was top notch (beer cheese soup, chili, buffalo wings, veggie quesadila). The beer was very good as well with the Winter Wit being my wifeís favorite while I had the Big Red IPA and DIPA. All beers and samples were very good, and liked the ability to buy growlers at a reasonable price. All around good stop when in the area.

Stopped in during a business trip. Nice large bar area with lots of tvís showing just about every sporting event. Bartender was friendly and quick to point out $3 mugs were on special. Had 6 menu beers and 4 seasonals on tap. The porter was solid and the pale ale was average at best. The beer cheese dip appetizer was great. Iíll stop in again if Iím in the area.

A fun, chain brewpub/sportsbar, that features a lot of good sandwiches (I had a very good patty melt!). The beer selection featured mostly their own brews. Most brewpubs, I find, have good, drinkable beers, that are far better than an MGD and canít really compete with mid to upper level craft beers. This was no different. I had the porter, which was good, but lacked in overall depth of flavor. Again, better than a what you get at most restaurants, where Heineken is their premium beer, but nothing special. But it was a REALLY good patty melt, and a huge beer was $5, so Iíd make a return visit.

Faily open layout, lots of space, food was ok. nothing all that unique in this place but seemed comfortable. It was a quiet evening in the summer so not sure what this place may feel like if it getís crowed. Sadly I couldnít sample the brews on this trip.
