I usually stop here when I am traveling through St Louis. They have a great selection of beers. I can usually find something interesting that I can’t get in Tennessee.

A pretty big liquor store in an old trucking terminal. No cold storage but a pretty broad selection overall. Some gems to be found with a bit of digging.

In STL again for work, so decided to check it out. Thanks to some of the other reviews I was able to locate the building very easily, but I could see how it might be confusing. A very large building that has a warehouse feel. Tons of beer and a wide selection. Had quite a bit of glassware as well. I was able to pick up a 4 pack of BCS and Schlafly snifter for the hotel room, so life is good.

pretty good beer store, sort of hard to find, you will go around the block at least once to find it. YOU ACTUALLY GET OFF THE HWY, THEN GO STRAIGHT THROUGH THE LIGHT AS IF TO GET RIGHT BACK ON THE HWY, AND THE DRIVEWAY IS OFF OF THE ON-RAMP!!! great selection, though its sort of random how its layed out, with breweries having beer in three completely different sections, so it takes some browsing. lots of good stuff to be found though. i found a 2009 schlafly BBBW among the 2011’s for the same price of $11!!! nebraska black betty was $18, there was a lot of limited and ba stuff, a little bit of vintage stuff if you look closely, and always for the same price which is nice. didnt interact with the staff so i cant say how much they know, though there is no one readily available in the beer area either. overall a good place that doesnt seem overfished at all and has reasonable prices with a good selection. there wasnt much else right off of the i-44 in STL either, so if you dont wanna make a huge detour this is the place to go.

I cancelled my order with them and will never do business with them in the future. They were very very rude and evasive. They would not answer any of my questions and treated me as if I was an idiot for asking them! I work at a large entertainment company and we regularly throw client parties and also weekly happy hours for the staff. Wanted to try this company out. They are TERRIBLE.There are many other resources out there.

Our first visit was during Mardi Gras and the city ordinance did not allow them to sell any bottled beers. We returned on Saturday (4/16/2011) and were pleasantly surprised by the selection of both foriegn and domestic brews. As we were searching for a few beverages, we encountered an employee named Mike, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about all their brews and their liquors. He assisted us in finding several of the items on our list and even suggested additional beverages that had similar features. As an added bonus, he introduced us to Ray Hill, a brewer, and we even were able to obtain a couple of his brews with his autograph. What a great afternoon enjoying a new store and meeting a local brewer.

Stopped by here on the way home from work the other day to pick some things up and came away very impressed. Randall’s is just off of Jefferson and I-44, part of the same building that houses Johnnie Brock’s Dungeon. Most aisles in the store are really wide and shelves go way up to the high warehouse ceiling. Most are also booze and wine, but the beer section is a nice size and has a good selection. My only gripes are that many of the smaller bottles are not broken down- I buy a lot more bottles when I don’t have to get six-packs just to try something new- and that the inventory didn’t completely match what the website said. One thing I came in for that was supposedly in stock was gone when I was there. The staff goes out of their way to help out. The shelves aren’t as organized as I like, or just organized in a weird way, but that makes for some fun browsing. Picked up some great stuff, like Odell Woodcut 3 and 4, some RJ Rockers for a SC tick, and various other bottles. I’ll be back here quite a bit.

This place is huge. Very wide selection of micros, macros, and imports. No mixing singles, but plenty of single imports and bombers.

An ok place to grab some regional brews. Prices are a bit high, but it was convienient to my office as well as mattingly brewing and the Stable. Worth a stop if your staying in the downtown area. Neighborhood is a bit rough, but i have had no problems going in/out of the place.

Hadn’t been to Randall’s in a while and was thrilled to see that they have expanded their beer section. Maybe 2000 sq feet, not sure but at least triple the size of the old section. Reinaert Flemish Wild Ale is my new fav. Also happy to see Les deux Brasseurs Belgian Ale and more stuff from Founders than I knew existed. They have a great display of import and micros in a can. Lion stout, old speckled hen and wexford cream ale in a can!! Who knew? Classic cars on display in the store and isles of booze i’ve never seen before made for a great trip.
