Was lucky enough to score a private tour w/ one of the owners - this place is really special. I love the idea of a place making craft beer, whiskey, and the first ever true TX bourbon. The barrel room and smoke house smelt amazing. Take a tour if you can!

Open House one Saturday a month. Usually a good food truck, loud music, and a new brew. It does get really crowded, but lots of fun.

Stopped by on my way to San Marcos, and TJ was kind enough to stay open late and give me a tour. Very impressive space with their own still and gigantic smoker to boot. Had a tasty belgian blond from the tap, and picked up a couple bottles at a nearby liquor store. Worth a visit, for sure.

Worth a stop if you’re in San Antonio. The staff is uber-friendly and very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Sample the whiskey if they have it available. Their smoker is beyond awesome.

Stopped by during RBWG 2012. This is a brewery, not a brewpub, and the guys gave us a tour and showed us around. It’s a really cool place. If you don’t have a tour or special event lined up, I don’t know that there would be much to do here, but if you do set up a tour or something, you will be treated very well by some really cool guys! There’s just a couple of their own brews on tap.

The first stop of RBWG 2012. The guys gave us a great tour of the brewery and the distilling process. One of the best stops of the trip. Great beers and the bourbon we tasted was very smooth.
