Visit April 2013, after event at Twickenham, good selection, got some Kernels, Ska, Modus Operadi and others. Slightly pricey, but better if you buy 12 as you get a 10% discount

Made this a must visit while staying nearby in London and glad I did. Offers a few unusuals including a superb range of De Molen, Rogue, Stone and a Dogfish Head which I couldn’t resist. Friendly staff, just wish I had longer.

One of the best beer selections in the country. Started out almost entirely selling english real ale but has evolved to offer the best of the global craft scene. Highlights such as Stone Brewing, Magic Rock and the Kernel make this shop a must visit

The selection is impressive and the staff are keen to geek out on beer talk. Shame it’s not in my neck of the woods otherwise I’d pop in frequently.

Pretty nice little beer shop some 10-15mins walk from Richmond station. The place stocks a good choice of UK beers; The Kernel, BrewDog, Camden Brewery, DarkStar. It also stocks a variiety of Belgium Trappists and American crafts. One novelty is the guests kegs they have allowing you to take away a growler. The shop also runs "Meet the Brewer" events which are an excellent way to taste a good variety of beers and learn something about them too. Attended a BrewDog event the other week which was good, the shop was full with BD beers and during the event tried the new AB:09 and IPA is Dead series. Would recommend attending one of these events and visiting the shop.

This is a great little shop, on a street corner in St Margarets, just over the bridge from Richmond. It has a good choice of bottles from microbreweries in various parts of the UK and elsewhere, all set out very neatly on the shelves and priced reasonably. It’s light and airy and a pleasant place to visit, made all the better when our good pal Duff is on duty. When we were there in July there was a barrel on the counter and free tastings. A beer shop that is going from strength to strength. An often bewildering array of beers and beer styles to chose from. Easy to spend more than intended when visiting!

District line to Richmond. Bus to Cresswell Rd. Walk a couple blocks to 371. Bingo. Staff was super attentive and knowledgable. Very many choices. Probably over fifty I hadn’t rated. It’s a very easy trip from London, if you have enough value on your Oyster card (I had to recharge on return). It’s a don’t miss stop.

Great small beer shop located 15 minutes from Richmond tube station. They focus primarily on a well-picked British selection with some interesting Belgian, American and German options as well. At my last visit there was a great range of Kernel, Brewdog and Thornbridge (including Bracia!). The staff are always friendly and fairly knowledgable. They regularly host meet the brewery events and offer a loyalty card system, which is great for frequent customers.
