5-stars for excellent prices, easy website. Minus 3 stars for complete lack of customer service. Website showed 1-day service and I emailed the company when placing my order to let me know if there would be any problem getting my shipment in that advertised 1-day else I could upgrade shipping or something. Never got 1 reply to any of 4 emails. Had to reschedule weekend brewday because of this. Will never do business again. My fault for trying a new company. Live and learn

Small little showroom, a little messy, but their business is mail-order. Great prices, great service, friendly people. very good selection.

This review is based on mail order only, for ambiance I put a score for the ease of use and updated information of the website, service is quick and responsive, my orders are shipped within 24 hours.

What I like about Rebel Brewer is the selection of hops including many New Zealand hops that are impossible to find locally and that there are some speciality grains you can order by the ounce.

What I do not like, the writing on the grain bags easily wear off and the cost of shipping goes up quickly. Overall it is one of my two main mail order homebrew stores. I will continue to go here for hops and speciality grain.

The guys are always accomodating, have great prices, let me pick up in store and give me the best reason to drive to Nashville so that I can visit the latest brewpubs in the area. Wide selection, order online, their cart system keeps up to date with what is actually in stock. Plenty of fresh liquid yeasts, equipment, hops, wide assortment of specialty and base grains, anything you could need. Beer oriented store is a nice alternative to the wine oriented homebrew store in Knoxville. Store can be a bit messy since I imagine they do most of their business online to ship instead of in store browsing. Nice prices.

Holy crap this place is great. The location is can be a bit tricky to find the first time, but this place is definitely worth the search. They have rediculously reasonable prices on their equipment. Huge selection of hops to choose from too. Tom and Tyler are both great guys and will get you hooked up with exactly what is the best solution for you. Even if that means telling you to just go down to the home depot instead! Probably the best homebrew store Iíve been too.
