Given its location on a residential backstreet, this place has a strong local vibe. It’s spacious with lots of eclectic seating options inside and some picnic benches out front. There are eight casks with a decent - though not outstanding on my visit - range of beers. All pretty standard stuff. Barmaids are extremely...unpretentious. Average to good prices. A solid spot. This place would make a great local. They have a fishtank, too, and what is probably one of the best backyard beer gardens I’ve seen in the UK. Definitely worth your while to trek out here sometime.

Great back-street boozer with a good range of ales, always well kept, lots of guests, and regular beer festivals with 40-50 beers on cask.

A nice local backstreet boozer, which happens to have a great selection of cask ale (around 8 rotating pumps). It is a bit dead at times, but its great when they have beer festivals and stuff. Theres a nice sized beer garden, which is nice in the summer, if you can handle the noise of the planes heading towards Heathrow. A nice pub though.
