Hidden away behind a drive through teller at a bank very close to Mad Fox Brewpub. Inside is a cozy, local wine shop that has probably a better beer selection than wine, tons of special cheeses, and lots of specialty items like Mexican gourmet chocolate, artisan pickles/olives/etc. Friendly staff. Pretty much everything can be bought as a single bottle, but for a decent markup. Still, found some beers here I’ve never seen before in my life like Mikkeller Rauchpils, Maui Brewing’s mayan stout, even a huge collection of Bruery stuff in the back including Smoking Wood, Fruet, Oude Tart. Side note, they also stock Blenheim red hot Ginger Beer, which is the bomb. Really a local treasure.

A nice, small beer/wine shop complete with a cheese/meat counter, featuring a fair variety of cheeses, including local farms. The beer selection is pretty good with a regional focus, and the staff is very helpful with suggestions or helping to find your wants. The store does cellar a few items for later release, so you may be surprised by what you see on the shelf. This is really close to Mad Fox and Dogwood Tavern, so treat yourself and stop in for some beer shopping. Chances are, you will find something. The prices are quite reasonable for the DC Metro area.

Great selection of beers, sorted by region. Also has wine and outstanding cheese selection. Staff is very helpful. Pricey though.

Large and diverse selection of beers - including some not distributed in these parts. Prices are very high. Same beers at other area stores are 10% - 15% (or more) lower.

Beer, wine, & cheese galore. The selection appears to be impressive with rare labels and seasonal releases and imports. The staff is super knowledgable and friendly and won’t hesitate to pair either beer or wine with the perfect cheese. A fun store worth checking out.

This store is primarily a wine shop, but has a small, good beer selection available. Nothing too special, but saw a couple brews that were harder to find in the area where other places more well known had already sold out. Employees are nice, and helpful. If you’re in the area it is certainly a place to check out, but perhaps not one to go out of your way - at least at the moment.
