I had heard of this place on here and decided to give it a try. I have since been back a bunch of times. It is a real chill and laid back place. Brent is very knowledgeable and always gets new stuff in. The selection is great and hard to find anywhere else in town. It is an awesome place to just hang out and drink some beer. I will be back quite often.

First visit was during a cask opening. Heard alot about this place, glad I visited. Brents knowledgable and courteous. Has nice selection of different brews, and gets new ones in everyday. Had some beers that you could only get on tap. Hopscotch’s rate sums it up.

Heard great reviews about this place. Was extremely disappointed. Place was real small in an attic almost. Selection was fairly large but nothing really impressive. Was able to get Rogue’s Black Brutal which was a decent find. The fact that the movie Tron was playing didn’t help.

Stopped by with boboski and my wife. Met a few other RB’ers and, of course, a RB’er owns the joint. Dark and dank... just the way a tap house should be. A pretty darn nice selection of beers. No food available. Plenty of parking. What a great place. Hard to find because there’s a Mexican restaurant sign out front instead a redlight redlight sign. Still, the parking lot is usually overflowing.

Stopped by while visiting family. Neat place in the heart of uppity winter park. Good selection and from what I understand they change it and update it whenever they can. Met brent, super nice guy and he even brought me a raison d’extra from his own stash when he found out I was visiting from nc. overall i really enjoyed this place.

We used to enjoy this place when it was Ballard & Corum, esp for live music. I’d love to live there (yes, live), the space is so cool. But the last few times we’ve been (over a year ago), the bartenders were pretentious and detached--not really desired qualities in a bartender. Last night we decided to check it out to see if it had changed and when we opened the door (on the ground level), we were blasted out by cigarette smoke! I’ve logged 1000s of bar hours at this point in my life, but that was gross.. Not sure what’s going on up there now, but open a window or get a air cleaner, please. We’d love to support the place as we love good beer, the location/setting is great and "Brent" sounds like a nice guy. We obviously must’ve never met him.

Had stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to find them closed, ugh! Made the trek again and was very happy I did. Great offering via the taps and an even larger selection via bottle. The server presented the bottle and actually handed it to me to read the label. That was a first in my years of enjoying beers across the country. Nice lil spot, will work into my rotation of places to hit from time to time to check out what’s new in the cooler.

I love this bar and brent is a great owner and a friend. I have been going to this bar for a couple of years now and always enjoy my experience. i love the ambience and the friendly environment. Usually the people in there are all friendly and talkative and the service is fantastic. i look forward to helping out in their monthly beer tastings in the future. the selection is fantastic, they are always getting new kegs every month and their bottle selection is great as well. keep up the good work guys and i look forward to the tastings.

What a great tiny little place! Recommended from the guys at Knightly Spirits. Brent was friendly, knowledgeable and provided exceptional service. Friendly patrons were bellied up to the bar too. I’ll be back for more and Beer Church.

Brent is the MAN. A warm greeting like nowhere else every time I walk in the door. The grandma lamps on end tables make it feel like you’re in your buddies living room, love that touch. I always get very attentive and friendly service from whoever is behind the bar. Redlight is a tiny little bar, but they do everything they can to maximize and utilize their space. Parking is a piece of cake. The selection is medium sized, but Brent goes out of his way to always have something new and interesting to try. Size is not important when concerning selection, it’s what you don’t see, new selections on a regular basis, and a willingness to try new things and get others to do the same - and the enthusiasm of the staff. I would love to give an overall 20 but I’ve never been in a perfect beer bar. Keep up the good work.
