Visited on October 12, 2012. Sampled four beers. Good service. Beers were OK to good for three of them the last was not for me at all and couldnít finish it. Farily easy walk from Falling Rock where we started out.

Nice and compact tasting room with eight beers on offer. Some nice ones. Friendly young crowd on a Friday afternoon.

(Visited 06/2014): River North Brewery is located on Blake Street in downtown Denver, just a couple blocks from Coors Field. Street and lot parking is nearby.
The interior opens to a small tasting room, with a short bar and a couple tables. The brewery is through a door in the back and there are windows behind the bar that offer a look at at. Uniform gray walls with hanging lights. Also behind the bar is a board listing the beers available on tap.
The tap room has 8 beers on tap, and they are available in a sampler served on a cool tray made out of a barrel stave. On my visit the beers included Hello Darkness Black IPA, Wit, J. Marie Saison, IPA, IIPA, and a few barrel aged beers. The beers are all decent, with a couple standouts, although nothing earth shattering. There is also a small fridge with a few bottled selections.
Service on a late afternoon right after a ballgame was good. The bartenders were all engaging and knew the beers.
River North does not serve food.
Overall this is a cool little spot to visit in an already target rich environment. While not necessarily a must-visit, its proximity to a lot of other nearby beer spots merits working it in, and I would definitely stop in on a future trip to see what was new.

A nice little tasting room downtown. Service was very good and selection was a bunch of their own beers. Beers were all Belgian styles and just OK. Nice stop if you in town, but you arenít; missing anything,

pretty tiny tasting room. a small l-shaped (sorta) bar and a few tables around the perimeter. lucky thereís some seating outside as well. they had about 8 beers on tap, with a lot of Belgian style/influenced beers. for the most part they are just okay without any of them really being terrible but none being very good either. the service here was helpful and friendly and the prices on the flights were pretty good, too.

A cool little spot, stopped in during GABF week. Nice ambiance and excellent service. They had a Belgian DIPA and a few barrel aged quads that were all really good. We were given a few freebies and a discount. I was impressed.

River North is one of the first breweries you would approach if leaving LoDo and traveling to RiNo. As such, it is in an industrial neighborhood with a few empty buildings around and plenty of street parking. Their tasting room is small with a few more seats outside. Not much is here other than seats, a bar and a few pictures on the wall. There is a pretty good view of the large brewing facility through a glass window. The beers are primarily Belgian style, 6 out of 8 to be an exact. An imperial stout and Black IPA were the exceptions. Most of beer was very good with the witbier being standout, mainly because it was so well done for the style. Their saison was also very good with the imperial stout solid enough to hold up to most others in the style. Beers are $5 across the board, pretty standard for any brewery in the area. Neat brewery to visit.

Small tap house on Blake near Coors Field and near five points. All of the beers on tap are River North, including a few of their more unusual options. Very nice and interesting place to stop by.

Pretty cool little tap room on Black Street. Food cart was outside with some hot dog fare. Beer was pretty good. Would like to go back and try more.

Visited November 2012.
This was my first stop in Denver. The place is small and doesnít have a ton of advertising on the outside of the building. The inside is a smallish tasting room that was mostly filled with some dedicated locals boozing it up on a Sunday night. I noticed that there was a very large room behind the bar that had the brewing equipment in it and also had some tables set up. I asked why they donít use that space too and apparently they do but during events. Seems like a lot of space to be paying for if you arenít using it.The beers were alright and all were kind of strange, as in not to any particular style. I noticed that they have a collection of stickers from other breweries up on the wall above the table that I sat at. One of them was from a very local (to me) brewery called I&I who does not distribute and is located 1000 miles away. I struck up a conversation with the bartender about it and enjoyed myself over all even if the beers werenít amazing. Nice location but probably not a regular stop for me.

Open air with some big beers on tap. Nothing under 6% when I was there. Nice space and helpful staff. If youíre looking for something sessionable, look elsewhere.
