Im amazed how this place is able to stay in business with the Taphouse no less than a thirty second walk away. The food is cheap and decent. The atmoshpere is laid back and casual. Most their pours are hit or miss, with most the hits being gauged relative to their terrible misses. I dont see the point in spending much time here.

Rock Bottom Bellevue Lumberjack Red Ale is one of my favorite beers. Like all Rock Bottom locations the food is the best around, and the Bellevue Rock Bottom is great with easy parking (a definate plus for Belllevue). Always good service, great food. Try the Ballpark Pretzels. You will not be disappointed. I only wish they kept their beer glasses a bit colder, other than that happy as can be.

I wish I could give them a higher score, but honestly they pour maybe only 2 or 3 beers that are better than ordinary. The food leaves a lot to be wanted, fairly decent, plain, no-frills bar food, standard stuff. Theyíve got a frequent drinkerís club (I guess we all probably qualify for that...) that is free and would be very beneficial to those who make it an after-work happy hour spot. Again though, the beers are mostly ho-hum with a big huge shining star going to their Hop Bomb IPA and a surprisingly well-made Irish red ale.

Iíve been very happy with Rock Bottom. Consistently busy, a good after work stop on the east side. Service has always been top notch, but the beers seem a touch weak vs. some of the awards theyíve taken home. Standard pub fare, but well made, well fried, and filling.

Nice place; well built, prominent downtown Bellevue location. Astonishingly watery and drab beers, though their brewerís choice handles have poured a couple of WBC medalists in their day. The mainstream range of beers if overwhelmingly dull. The service is perky--appropriately so for a meat market. The food is pub grub; the happy hour deals are nice.

Typical probably sums it up best. Fairly easy to get a table nicely positioned for a viewing the bigscreen TVs. The food is good but nothing on the menu really stands out. The main attraction here is the Hop Bomb IPA. The rest of the beers seem range between mediocre and pedestrian. (Iím rounding up on the selection rating.)

Your typical relaxed-atmosphere brew pub. Feaux industrial setting and more up and coming businessmen and women gossiping over iceberg lettuce with the occasional sip of the palest ale offered. Some beers are definitley quaffable, and some meals are more than appetizing, but Iíd prefer something a bit less cookie-cutter.

Setting isnít much different from any other RB. Just like the others Iíve been to, quality food and beer.

Located next door to the Taphouse Grill, so itís easy to kill both of these. Typical Rock Bottom setup, lots of dining tables, bar on one side of the room with the mug club stuff hanging everywhere and a few TVs to watch. Brewing and fermentation kettles in the back through the large glass windows. The beer is mediocre, which is typical for Rock Bottom fare. The seasonal IPA was decent enough. Friendly patrons, easy to talk to, but I was irritated by the amount of smoke in the bar.
