This place will not blow your mind. However, everything about it is pretty darn good. Respectable beer list, good food, reasonable prices, decent service. Iíll keep going back.

Good neighborhood bar/restaurant. The tap list is usually very decent, with an emphasis on seasonal offerings mixed with popular craft standbys and cheaper options for those who prefer that kind of thing.
Food options are solid íbar foodí classics - think tater tots, burgers and wraps.
Enjoy the service here and the more chilled out feel that you get as opposed to some other Logan Square spots.

This is a nice addition to the Chicago beer scene. It is going to make money and it is going to be there for a long time. As a beer dork with a short attention span, I donít know if this will be on my short list to re-visit. However, if I lived in the neighborhood, I would probably visit about twice a month. Itís a cool place. Thereís a fun pool room in the back. Food was definitely above average. Our particular server knew very little about beer. I was very happy that Tyranenna Chief Blackhawk was on special. I freaking love that beer.

I had a really good first impression of this place because I had no idea I was walking into a beer bar. The food is well-priced and bottle selection is well organized and pretty extensive with about 70 or so bottles, with nearly every style of beer represented. Mostly american micros, but some of the Standard Belgian, English and German examples are all there. The food was super tasty pub fare that exists somewhere between gastro-pub/foodie food and well executed, standard pub food. Thereís a solid bourbon selection as well. The place is dimly-lit and has tons of seating options, from high-tops, traditional tables, round booths and a long bar stretching across the back of the room. They could be doing a little better with the glassware and they could better educate the staff of the beers they have available, but aside from that, there is nothing to complain about here. It is kind of a young persons joint, and a rather hip one at that. If you donít mind loud from Thursday through Saturday, youíll like it. Definitely a great neighborhood pub.
