80 AMBIANCE 5/5 SERVICE 6/10 SELECTION 12/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 17/20 midwestbeerguy (28) Ohio | November 17, 2012| Updated November 27, 2012 OK, but the selection is pretty standard. I hve heard they more in the back, but I am not if that is true or just a rumor. | 56 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 4/10 SELECTION 10/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 6/10 OVERALL 11/20 Beerman6686 (92) Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania | November 5, 2012| Updated November 27, 2012 Ambiance is to be what is expected, for the great rating, I woudl have expected the beer section to be bigger/more organized. Service was subpar, not asking if we need help, constantly reminding us they were closing soon. Selection was OK, some harder to find stuff, but not very large ingeneral. Beers were however reasonably priced to go and on tap. Overall worth it if you are in lakewood going to melt, but not really otherwise. | 84 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 14/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 16/20 deyholla (200) Oklahoma City, Oklahoma | September 24, 2012| Updated November 27, 2012 A nice store with large wooden shelving and a few containers with all different kinds of beer. Set up a touch confusing at first but figured it out quickly. Employee on had was helpful and knowledgeable about the beers on hand. A very strong selection with a good number of local beers. Prices were a touch high, but well worth it for the selection. A great beer store. | 80 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 12/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 16/20 mikem409 (161) bloomfield, Michigan | July 16, 2012| Updated November 27, 2012 great selection stoped by while waiting for table at melt. they had draft beer too which was neat | 88 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 13/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 17/20 fiveacestx (57) Texas | June 21, 2012| Updated November 27, 2012 Per the earlier reviews I read before visiting Cleveland, I headed over to Rozi’s for some brewskis and this place didn’t disappoint. Nice beer selection and while I didn’t get the guy’s name that was working there, we talked brews and Cleveland in general for a while. | 80 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 12/15 FOOD 8/10 VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 16/20 cratez (151) Toronto, Ontario | June 15, 2012| Updated November 27, 2012 When I visited: May 2012.
What I had: Smuttynose Finest Kind IPA (draught), Chicken Salad Sandwich & Chips, sandwich and ginger ale for my better half.
What I bought: Founders Double Trouble, Samuel Adams Dark Depths Baltic Porter, Ballast Point Big Eye IPA, Victory, Stone and Dogfish Head Saison du Buff.
What I liked: Respectable bottle selection, attractive wooden interior (looks recently renovated), pleasant covered patio overlooking the street scape, competent and efficient staff, decent prices, tasty no frills food.
What I disliked: Must have missed something - like another room that I wasn’t aware of? - as the selection was tiny compared to most other U.S. beer stores that I’ve been to. Seemed like the stock was running thin as there were several empty spaces on the shelves. Still, I was very happy with the beers that I purchased (especially the Big Eye).
Would I go back? Yes.
Overall Rating: 80 | 92 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 14/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 18/20 DoublEE (6) South Euclid, Ohio | June 10, 2012| Updated November 27, 2012 Great family. | 92 AMBIANCE 5/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 14/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 17/20 tzachary (6) Knoxville, | April 29, 2012| Updated November 27, 2012 Located down the street from the awesome Melt, Rozi’s is set in a cool older building with nice wooden floors, a wall of coolers, a handfull of taps, and a beer selection that accounts for probably 2/5 of the entire floor space. The staff, in addition to being the friendliest people I met while in Northern Ohio, were extremely knowledgeable and were also willing to recommend based on tastes. | 86 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 9/10 SELECTION 12/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 18/20 jcos (53) Maryland | April 10, 2012| Updated November 27, 2012 In three trips to Cleveland I’ve been here twice - the guys provide good service answering my questions, they have some beers on draft(I did not take advantage), the selection is very good and prices are good too. Highly recommended for Cleveland area beer purchases. | 88 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 9/10 SELECTION 13/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 18/20 Sammer (17) Plano, Texas | April 6, 2012| Updated November 27, 2012 Flew in from Dallas and headed straight to Rozi’s. Short car ride from the airport. Great selection and helpful staff. Picked-up a bunch of beers to ship home. If you visit, take a walk up the same street to Melt, which is a sandwich shop with a HUGE selection of beers to have with your lunch. Cheers! |
