Oh man, what a gem. Cool hippy-crowd wirh bluegrass band playing and a packed bar on a Sunday night. The beer was outstanding, and the calzones were delicious.

Amazing place to visit, this was the main reason I chose to visit the San Fran area, and I was not disappointed in any way. Some buddies and I ordered a sampler tray and then each got a different beer afterwards. I couldnít believe that I was given a full 16 oz pour of Consecration for only 6.75! It goes without saying that the beer was world class, and I wish I could have spent way more time there. The prices on the beer were quite low, but the prices for food were pretty high for the mediocre chicken wings that we had. Oh well, when the beer is so great and such a good value and the service is great and Bad Religion are on the jukebox...who could ask for anything more?

Phenomenal brewpub. Awesome tap selection as well as some rare stuff available in bottles (and growlers). It goes without saying that their beer is incredible. For what you get, prices are very reasonable. The food is great too - they make one hell of a pizza. Service is always attentive. Whenever Iím in the north bay, I never miss this place. Just wish it were closer! I recommend booking a hotel room nearby in Santa Rosa and drinking yourself silly on their world-class beers.

Great laid-back vibe, visible barrels in back of the bar that you know are filled with amazing beer, amazing beer, great prices... Simply the best selection at a brewpub ever in terms of amount of quality beers. Fourteen beers on when I went in, and every one good to sublime. Like kmweaver said below, even their blond ale kicks most IPAs asses. Add in at least a couple awesome sours, four or so amazing IPAs and a host of other Belgian and american style ales and it starts to get ridiculous. Extreme bonus points for keeping an updated draft board on their website. Any chance you get, go to this place.

Ah, finally, I made it to one of my favorite breweries. Nice high ceilings, brightly lit with a lot of sun shine coming in the front. Tee shirts for sale are hanging over the seating area. The chalkboard is huge and clearly denotes the style, ABV, IBUs and O.G. which I thought was insightful. Of course the selection is awesome! The sampler comes in that round server with the bottle caps identifying each beer, which I find clever. I believe I was served 13 different 2oz pours and it was, I believe $12. I think that was an awesome deal, considering I also got Consecration and Sanctification! The bartenders were enthusiastic, helpful, prompt, and seemed to know what they needed to about the beer. I also had their Margherita Pizza which I found only mediocre (but being from NYC Iím hard to please when it comes to pizza). I love their beer, they had a fairly priced, generous and organized sampler of all quality beers. I love Russian River!

Well, nothing needs to be said about the quality of the beers. Selection is typically very good. Their sample trays are cool as well. The pizzas are great, people are friendly, and the palce has a nice atmosphere. Service can be slow at tims when there is lots of traffic but it is worth it.

Really nice ambiance in a smaller setting than I imagined, but it wasnít cramped. The general crowd was that of locals and people there just to chat or read a paper and drink a beer. Wasnít full of tourists and seemed very relaxed. Nice long, comfortable wooden bar and 13 beers on tap the day I went. Missed Pliny the Younger fresh on tap by about 20 days unfortunately, but there were still plenty of great Russian River beers to try. The Russian River IPA, Porter, and many others were fantastic, and lived up to expectation. Food was very good and we got the pizza with Jalapenos, pineapple and pepperoni along with some wings. Prices were reasonable, and a sampler of every beer they had on tap (13) was only $9 and they also offer 1/2 pints as well which is great for sampling. They also had Beatification and a couple other beers for sale in bottles at the brewpub. Overall, very enjoyable and in a walkable nice area of Santa Rosa. Iíd definitely recommend this to beer minded people visiting San

Amazing. That is all i can say. The pliny the younger was superb, well worth the two hour drive. The food was raved about by me and everyone who was with me and so was the beer.
