76 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 13/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 13/20
Stopped in on a late Sunday afternoon. Not much of a crowd, as said before, out in the middle of nowhere. We were in Bloomington, so about half an hour south. The setting is pretty cool, an old service station, nice conversion. The brewing area in is the back, looks like an old service bay. We tried 12 of their beers. They were all pretty decent, not a bad one in the bunch. We did not try the food, just a little too early for dinner. Service was very good, our bartender knew her beers. If you are in the area, stop in.

72 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 12/15 FOOD 6/10 VALUE 6/10 OVERALL 14/20
I finally made it out here with b3shine to check out a brewpub which is in the middle of nowhere. If you are on the way from Louisville to Bloomington it might be worth checking out though as it is just north of Bedford.
The location is an old garage that has been converted to retain an automotive feel. There were 10 beers on tap when I was there but it looks like they have up to 12 at times. Food is fairly standard and maybe a little overpriced. Ultimately though this would be a nice local if it were closer to town. Donít go out of your way to visit but if you are in the area it is worth at least sticking your head in the door.

74 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 11/15 FOOD 6/10 VALUE 6/10 OVERALL 15/20
Stopped by with Brigadier to check this place out and was pleasantly surprised. The food was just okay (and a little overpriced), but the two beers I tried were pretty good and they had 10 on tap. Service was good as well. Worth checking out if youíre in the area.

Converted from an old gas station/garage in a very rural location. There is also an outdoor patio with a few picnic tables. Beers were all very solid. Food was basic pub fare - really enjoyed the Reuben and pulled pork sandwiches. A very welcome addition to the area. Fairly convenient to IU/Bloomington (about 30 minutes south). Quite a pleasant place - solid beers with several adventuresome styles.
