Nothing overly exciting in my opinion. The picture you see on this page is about all the place has to offer in terms of decor simple, uninteresting and almost homely - like someoneís basement, as another reviewer suggested. Compared to the other breweries Iíd visited in the area, I didnít find it as welcoming. A handful of locals surrounded the bar and the bartender was neither rude nor welcoming. Suffice it to say that I felt like an out-of-towner that didnít belong. My friend and I sat at a table away from the locals and minded our own business. No one came to check on us or see if we wanted anything further. The beers were average in flavour (tried the sampler). Maybe it was a one-time experience but I left feeling unimpressed. I will compliment them on the variety on tap and the names of their brews - and decorative labels.

(Visited 7-5-08) I visited this place shortly before I left MI in 2006 and was highly impressed. Two and a half years later after the original visit, itís nice to know that things havenít changed! The building is set in an old industrial park- I kind of like the setting. Service- bartender was a guy that lives in a neighboring town that I grew up in, so it was nice to catch up on all the local chatter. Selection- 11 taps, with 6íers and growlers to go- so many good brews, so little time. Food- free popcorn and peanuts. Overall- a hidden gem in a state loaded with great beer options. Take the time to find it while in the state, you wonít be disappointed.

Nice stop for a beer or two. The out side sort of brought back memories of Three Floyds - in a industrial park type building. Inside was comfortable, sports bar feel with free peanuts and popcorn. Quite a list of different house beers all average or above average. Nice casual beer stop.

Nice little place somewhat of a regulars bar. Diverse styles and competitive prices. Friendly people with a down home feel. Good place to stop by on the way home from work and grab a good brew.

sort of feels like somebodyís large basement, but in a good way...employees are very friendly...they have lots of beers on tap (at least ten)...on Tuesdays pints are $1 with purchase of a growler fill-up, which is great

Easy to find location near airport with a parking spot in front of building. Long building with tables in front with bar at the back with ten seats. Freindly service with a good sampler set of regulars and seasonal brews. Good drinkable brews. Snacks for the crowd. I will stop agian when in town.

Nice place, some good brews some not so good. I would recomend the Stout, the Treasure chest ESB the IPA and amber, avoid the Wizen, and the bock. Lots of regulars, so I usually get my Corny filled (stout or ESB) and enjoy it at home.

Fine brewery, not any of the greatest beer in the world, but worth a taste. The room itself had kind of a "regulars-only" feel I thought, but the selection of their beers was diverse. Worth an occasional stop-in, although I wouldnít frequent there.

Very nice hidden place. This bar is kind of a local secret for beer fans. The atmosphere hasnít changed much since Rob Thomas, but they have a new beer selection Im excited to try more of. The bartended was very friendly, and helpful. Overall, a good place to check out.

Nice place, my Dad frequents it. Definatly more of an after work bar than a beer geekís brew pub. The beers that Iíve sampled have been kind of weak, I do however greatly appreciate any place with free peanuts and popcorn, kind of a weird wireless internet scene, donít quite know what to make of that.
