Very nice upscale modern feel. Service is usually very good- especially at the bar- but occasionally slow or abrupt on busy nights. Tiny but good selection. I’ve enjoyed the food I’ve had here- the Harissa Octopus is especially tasty- but it is tapas so expect to pay big bucks for small plates.The focus is on wine here so it’s a great place to take people who are into wine and still get a good beer. Perfect for a date (even a friend date) or a start to a girl’s night.

Very nice upscale atmosphere. Great for trying to impress a date. But be prepared to leave your wallet. Good staff. Dave Garrett makes sure that you will find exceptionally good beers on draft here that you will find nowhere else in the city.

Small but impressive beer selection. AMAZING food. Chef Tim will blow you away with his small plate selection. From fried olives stuffed with gorgonzola, to the duck confit. This place is a must for Richmond beer geeks and foodies alike.

If you are looking for a sophisticated bar to be able to enjoy great wine AND great beer, this is the place. Although they only have 3 handles they are always superb. Have only had the cheese board but it was awesome, the other customers food looked great. Nice place to take a date, or have a business lunch!

Great new place, staff is excellent. More of a wine and foodie place, what beer they do have is EXCELLENT! Cheeses by Sara and food by Chef Tim are at the top of the list!

This is a wine bar built adjacent to River City Cellars. Friendly staff, especially since they’re associated with River City Cellars. They have 4 taps and a selection of bottles. The beer is always good, but with only 4 taps, there’s not a whole lot of variety. The bottles are mostly what you can get next door at River City Cellars. Food is very good, but expensive, as small plate places tend to be. Overall, worth stopping by as they have the occasional gem on tap, but be prepared to drop a bit of cash to have a snack.
