This unassuming liquor store had some great beers, most of them refrigerated. Picked up a Pumking and a Lagunitas Cappuccino Stout. Friendly service and decent organization. Great place for a quick stop.

I live behind St Michaels church.... when i come home on friday I stop and grab somthing... and they have special ordered for me before.... there selection is good but you might have to wait in line behind a crazy person buying well ginn and a pack of tourny cigs....

This is a place I would never even go into had I not lived right across the street. Nestled in between St. Michael’s Church and Broadghettos Blvd. on High Street just south of Worthington, this Wine Shop/State Liquor Agency looks like a hole but has an impressive selection of craft brews, singles, and liquor. Staff is very friendly, and if they are happy to take special orders for any beers they can get through the distributor. Last time I was in, they had almost every Hoppin’ Frog bomber, 5-6 flavors of Great Lakes, and several selections from Bells, New Holland, Thirsty Dog, et al. Around Thanksgiving they had several quads of Breakfast Stout on their shelves when it was long gone elsewhere. Impressive selection of wines, too.
