This is a fairly big and cozy English-style pub. There are plenty of screens for sports fans, which is probably the best reason to come here because the selection is a bit lacking. They don’t have bottled beers and the taps rarely rotate. They had four different Fullers on at my visit and to me that’s drinkable enough for a sports game.

Definitely a good little English pub in the heart of Aarhus, in Frederiksgade - a pedestrian street, where the selection of bars are numerous. Sherlock Holmes opened in 1992 and now with it’s second owner still a good spot for the english or anglofile in the city. Here you can enjoy your afternoon tea, or get loaded with some good tasting pints through the night. The pub has an excellent range of cask conditioned ale from the English brewer Fuller’s in London. Draught Beer is bottled directly from the cask without carbonation as a propellant. A good pour of Guinness and generally good knowledge of beer.

A perfectly fine and cosy pub in the heart of Århus but just not a place you go to because of its beer selection, which really is nothing to write home about.

Very cosey pub. 17 tabs incl 5 Fullers. Wychwood and Youngs present as well. One Weston cider and Broadoak perry on tab. No cask though. One Guest tab, that changes 4 times a year! No bottles.

Traditional english pub interior, disco music, friendly staff, but mostly macros with a few specials.
