Cool spot along the river, though parking can be a hassle. they have a pedestrian tap list at times, but at other times we get to see Sierra Nevada beers we never thought weíd see in Reno. Good spot for a beer and watching the game. Go on Thursdays for great food deals from Java Jungle next door.

This unpretentious bar near the Truckee River has a rough, seemingly partly unfinished interior. It is small and cozy, adding to the casual and laid-back atmosphere. The waitstaff are friendly and helpful, and even the new guy knew something. It was worth visiting just for the legendary "Icky" IPA! Music is not too loud; the bar area can be quite noisy when there are several people, but maybe that is a function of the acoustics. Many people yakking + small area + hard walls = quite a racket. The inevitable TVs showing sports are minimally intrusive. Their wifi is great, though you have to watch out for neighboring services. This is worth seeking if ever you visit Reno.

This little place is small and stuffy. Itís busy and located right on the river. It has about 8 Sierra Nevada beers on tap, all of which I have access to in the Sacramento area. They did have their 30th Anniversary Bock on tap, which was somewhat cool. Unfortunately, that beer is not enjoyable to me. They really had nothing else interesting on tap. I personally would skip this place and go a couple blocks east to Ol Bridge Tavern. It has the same owners, so you donít have to worry too much about hurting business.

The place is very simple. So know that going into it. However, phenominal location. Right on the Truckee River. Mostly Sierra Nevada beers, but you can find many that Sierra Nevada doesnít bottle. Very knowledgeable staff. Good happy hour. I recommend stopping by during an afternoon or a sunset and sitting outside sipping a beer and watching the river.

If you love Sierra Nevada Brewing Company, youíll love this place. You will find beers here from the brewery that you may only find at the brewery. Nestled right along side the Truckee River in the middle of downtown Reno.

Tucked alongside the Truckee River in downtown Reno, this cozy bar with seating facing the water offers a solid selection of fresh, aged, and seasonal releases from Sierra Nevada: Brown, Brewers Harvest, Brown Saison, SNPA, Celebration ), Anniversary, plus a tap set aside for Guinness. The bottle list is light: SN Torpedo, Fat Tire, Rogue Dead Guy, etc. Nothing much to speak of beyond a very pleasant place to get a pint of rarer SN beers. Very close to Silver Peak, Brew Brothers, and Morandiís Record Street. As in, you can walk in-between all of them.
