Typical airport bar with a large selection of expensive beer. Lot of tables packed in so tight that there is no room for your carry on. Decent enough nachos and taco salad. Surprisingly knowledgeable waiter.

Was going through my review of Utah beers and realized I was here. It was day after GABF 2010 and I was hungover wasting time during a layover. Typical brewpub ambiance and a few local beers on tap which is great for an airport really. I went with the Wasatch Hefe as it seemed lease likely to make me vomit., but now I wish I had porter.

So, I wondered up to what looks like a space with two entry points and I’m not sure which to take. Of course I take the wrong one and ended up taking a tour in this sort of “C” shaped space that wraps around the ‘kitchen’ sort of bar/tap area. The help was friendly, fast and efficient. This all worked out very well as I only had about 15 minutes before my flight and the help was very accommodating. I look forward to my next visit with hopefully a longer lay-over.

Had brunch when I landed in SLC. They did a pretty good job of transferring the vibe of their downtown pub to an airport location.

Location across from D4. One of the tiniest airport bars I’ve ever seen. They only had 4 taps: two Wasatch and 2 BMC. Definitely not worth a walk from Concourse B

Above average airport bar. Food is typical airport pub gub. Beers are tasty enough, and of course Polygamy Porter is a must if you’re in the state. I uploaded a pic to Facebook and said I was "drinking with the Mormons." A friend posted a comment asking why I would want to drink with morons. I guess I’ll have to fix that spell check thing on my iPhone.

Visited the Squatters location across from gate C4 during a layover last Tuesday. The setup of the bar is straight forward airport bar. The selection is pretty decent for this type of setup - 8 draft Squatter beers and 4 bottles on the menu. They do a sampler which I do not believe I have seen at an airport "brewpub". I had a Pale Ale, and it was really fresh and well served in a half liter glass. I did not eat, but food menu is was standard airport fare. Certainly worth a stop for a quick pint before or between flights.

The best thing about it is that it’s an oasis in the veritable desert that is the SLC airport. I mean what you want? It’s not much, but they got booze!

Squatters in terminal c with abouit 6-7 taps and some bottles, sampler is the way to go price wise, one of the better airport bars you will come across, food was ok but the beer is the attraction for an airport pub

I had some time to kill so I stopped in around 10:00am and tried the Hefeweizen and the Squatters Chasing Tail Golden Ale....both were very good. I did not have any of their food but i looked and smelled great and the prices were average.
