Little spot in MHT airport. Handful of Smuttynose beers available plus a couple Belgians. Small food menu of crepes. Definitely appreciate having access to craft beer at the airport.

Nice little stop for a decent beer and quick bite to eat. Food-wise the crepes are pretty good but menu is limited. Beer lineup consists of three Smutty regulars and a seasonal. Wish they’d offer at least one Smutty big beer - that would be a nice draw for me. Out of left field they also have 750s of Duvel and Chimay. Nothin’ like sittin down with one of those bad boys before a cross-country flight!

With these ratings, you have to take into account that this is an airport cafe place. They have sandwiches wrapped to go and some other "cafe kiosk" kind of foods to grab and go. Pretty much the only hot food are crepes, which are pretty yummy, actually. On tap is Smutty Shoals, Old Brown Dog, IPA and a seasonal....nothing odd that you can’t get in 6-packs in any store. The lady behind the counter was friendly and attentive. Beers served in clear plastic cups. They are affiliated with the nicer sit-down restaurant next door...but unfortunately over there, they only offer the Shoals and OBD (not the IPA or the seasonal). Still, either the Smutty Cafe or affiliated Milletown Grille are far superior to the overpriced Sam Adams spot at the other end of the airport. It is tucked in the corner just past where you need to go to exit the terminal and go to baggage claim. Unfortunately, I had been to the airport at least 3 times before I even knew it was there!

one of three spots to grab a craft beer in a small propellar airport with few gates. The otehr two being the Samuel Adams before security and after. You must clear security to get to this one, on the left at gate 8 upstairs, so it is a bit more difficult to find than the large cafteria that is Sam Adams, and it is not near the Canadian gate on the other end. However, it offers some privacy as is a microsism of their main pub in Portsmouth, and 5 taps, essentially their mainstays. A cut above the Sam Adams in beer and styling, and one of the 3 little gems for a little airport.

I was really surprised to see this little Smuttynose restaurant/bar when flying out of Manchester International Airport. Pretty much just like any other airport bar, but hey, it has beer from the 27th best brewery in the world. A nice send off when preparing for any flight.
