Whoíd a thunk that a place like this would have such a nice selection of beer. A nice place to stop on my way home from work if I donít want to make the trip up to Escondido. Talked to Joey... see you at the Port 1st Anniv. party

Yep, the owner here nows very little about beer actualy he told me his grandson is the one that tells him which beers to sell. Basically if you live south san diego yo should go here to pick up your local brews and then stop buy Ashur liquor (2 blocks away) and buy your Belgians and other Europeans. Prices are a bit steep buy i would say very much worth it.

Just click on their website and you know.....These guys know beer. An interesting, unassuming place. First time I have been to a drugstore and bought GOOD beer. Relatively small selection, but 99% of the offerings were good. Lotís of Alpine (including the barrel aged barley wine), Stone, Alesmith, Victory, Ballast Point and Green Flash. One small cooler devoted to Belgian and euros. Overall, a very good store in an area you would expect to suck for beer. Iíll be back.
