Typical English pub, visited on a Monday afternoon. A few cask ales besides the standard fizzy lager fare, but none really exciting. Interior tries to look authentic, but looks poorly done and a bit run down. OK place to sit for a short while, but wouldnít stay here for long. Didnít eat here, so canít judge that.

Shows the sport and sells its own Shepherd Neame ales. This pub occupying a prime spot in the village area has a comfortable enough decor in a slightly updated but traditional English pub style that is predominantly wood furnished.. Thereís a couple of rooms to sit in and also has a fish and chip counter as part of the premises. You can order food normally though. It can get busy given its location.
