While Iíve purchased a lot of beer from State Line, Iíve never been able to rate fairly since I had never stepped foot in the store (bit of a story there). Well that all finally changed today! I think itís sufficient to say that if itís available for sale in the state of Maryland, State Line has it. I canít say Iíve seen a larger selection of beer. The pricing rivals just about any place (the 10% off singles for being in the card club is nice!). No need to worry about singles either. You can take a beer from any six pack to mix and match as you please. The staff are super helpful (particularly Robert who I was finally able to meet today!). Ambiance, well, itís a liquor store. Still, they have a nice little selection of cheeses, a ton of wine, plenty of booze, glassware, and a nice tasting room. Just about the entire inventory is online and they send out a list of new arrivals just about every three to four weeks. I can stop buying any place else as soon as RR, LA, and some of the other hard to get breweries start distributing in Maryland. The best bottle shop Iíve ever been to by far.

Huge selection, awesome staff, reasonable prices. About 20 growlers. One of best beer stores Iíve ever been to. Just great

Looks like one of those tin barn beer shacks on the way to the beach. But lo and behold, this is a beer mecca behind the exterior. Rows and rows of phenomenal domestic and imported beers, where you can break a pack to build your own. Good luck leaving in under an hour and under $100. Oh, and there is an automatic 15% discount at checkout by just saying "yes" to the discount club question. Awesome.

Nice shop, from the outside it doesnít look like the type of place that carries the volume of craft beer that you find inside. Plenty of great regional beers as well as international choices too. Worth the 5 minute detour off of I95.

Such a deceiving exterior makes this place even better. A enormous selection of imports, tons of locals, you can split up 6ís, glassware and a new growler bar. Prices are good, but just get six bottles and the discounts start making this very well priced. Warehouse in feel, staff are pretty decent. This is a must stop.

A total gem of a place. State Lineís located in a shabby, unassuming building right off I-95. I was sort of shocked to find an impressively huge selection of domestic and international craft in such a crummy-looking store. The European selectionís particularly eye-catching. Loads of cool stuff from Scandinavia, Italy, and Belgium was available, including some beer that I had never seen stateside. A large selection of mead and ciderís (including ice cider!) offered too. Prices were solid, service was decent. Overall, legitimately one of the best stores Iíve been to in the states. A must stop place if youíre driving past on 95.

Unassuming shop from the outside with a nice selection of craft beer. Iím sure it would be easy to pass by if you didnít know about them or the craft selection. Several rows of domestic and imported craft beer plus a growler station towards the back. Nice selection with possibly the best selection of Evil Twin and Mikkeller beers Iíve seen around the area. Singles are available and you can pick them out of the 4-6 packs. Good service with friendly and helpful staff. Some pricey items but pretty comparable prices for the area. Ample parking lot. Free club card gets you discounts of 10% and up. Well worth a stop if youíre passing through the MD/DE state line.
