Pretty cool bar downtown next to the Trailhead. Food is pretty good and cheap. Service is average to good and their beer selection is mostly standard local stuff with an occasional gem. I mostly come here to watch the Iowa Hawkeyes during football season.

College bar vibe with lots of wasted 20 year olds with fake IDs to be found. Really good beer selection for this type of place, and pretty decent overall. Cheap cocktails and macros, too. Dim, divey, and kind of old inside. Lots of big wooden tables to sit at, some pool tables in the back. A patio area, but it was in the 30s, so not too many people outside.

This is a bit of a bro bar but it’s still a lot of fun. Lots of drunk people having a good time. They have a pretty good tap lineup. Only a couple of new beers for us but after trying the Odell Wellspring I decided to skip the ticks and just drink that. We didn’t stay too long, only about 45 minutes. Cool place, would probably go back.

Steakout, how I miss college weekends. My favorite bar to go to on the weekend in Fort Collins. I wouldn’t classify this as a beer bar in the classic sense, but they do have 24 taps. They’ll typically have some special beers from one of the local breweries along with a good selection of Colorado brews.

My personal favorite watering hole in Fort Collins. They have around 20-30 taps and usually have something special (such as an experimental) by O’Dells or New Belgium. For a huge beer town, this is the best beer place to hit after Choice City closes (usually at 9pm). Update: Now that there’s some premium beer bars in Foco, the redeeming quality of this place is that you can drink a fair amount of good craft beer with the college crowd.
