I went to CN tower and this brewery is behind, the food i so good and the beers also.

A must visit on any beer afficionado’s Toronto craftbrew tour. Yes the styles are limited...but like they say...do less variety but do what you do better than anyone else...and you’ll be successful. This is a fun place to stop when near the CN tower or a Blue Jays game. I love the vintage vehicles they use for beer marketing. We can’t get this beer in the US...so I have to drive it back a case at a time...LOL!

Wandered into this place from the CN Tower. Nice layout, friendly enthusiastic crew, but be warned-- they make one product only! If you like pilseners, it’s a good one. Cool swag. No food.

July 2007. A unique place worth stopping at. They make 1 beer, and they are proud of it. On a hot day, after a long walk around the building while trying to find the entrance, that beer was cold, crisp, and delicious. Lots of unique art. We just missed the last tour of the day, but they happily poured us a large sample and then we bought a pint. A good stop, next time I’m out there I will definitely do the tour, and bring home some beer. It is impossible to find outside of the immediate Toronto area!

They only have one sub par beer!!

prior to watching my beloved sox play the jays i stopped here for a brew. good thing i only wanted one since that is all they serve here. however its a really nice building and there was some cool art stuff but thats about it. drank a beer looked around, smiled, and left.

Une place top notch pour visiter et goûter à la Steam Whistle. Le service est très bon et ils sont généreux sur les dégustations. La visite est intéressante. Un arrêt intéressant quand on passe par Toronto.

It’s a beautiful space in an old restored brewery. The event space is just as impressive - our friends got married here and the space didn’t disappoint. Massive yet somehow intimate and the servers are friendly. Having said that, it’s tough to get too excited about a place that only makes a single beer. It’s worth stopping in just to see the space and the tour, but you can find the beer anywhere.

Very pleasant staff who certainly know the one beer they brew. Got to love the setting for the brewery and they’ve put together a pretty solid combination of working-man/trendy/historic style to the place. Tour is straight-forward and informative. Very generous with the free samples and you get a pretty good deal if you buy beer with the tour (got a 6-pack for additional $7). Having only one beer obviously hurts the score, but it doesn’t seem right to slam them too hard for it, so added a couple points. Definitely worth a stop in for beer fans in Toronto, even if you’re not a big fan of the beer itself.
