This is definitely the best Off-Licence in Birmingham. They stock a very comprehensive range of bottled beers, ranging from Belgian beer to British real ales. If they haven’t got something you want they’ll order it in for you, no problem. Only minutes from the city centre and it’s just around the corner from Cadbury’s World.

Really impressed with this place. Introduced myself (as I’d phoned to make sure they still had something I wanted) and low and behold a bottle of Fantom BBBOOO was produced for me. I was then left alone to wander around and choose what I fancied as I went through my list of beers I would have liked. Interesting and changing selection: certainly the most I’ve seen in the UK before, both international and British. I had a good chat with Krishnan? He has good knowledge and is very keen on his beers. Asking me to phone him if I wanted something I couldn’t get elsewhere and he’d try and get some for me. The prices are not cheap, but we are talking about good quality beers difficult to find in the UK, so no big problem, just make sure you have a budget before setting foot inside or you could have a huge whole in your plastic or wallet.

Excellent place, lots of choice with decent prices. I could spend ages in there browsing. Krishnan is a really friendly guy and knowledgable. An excellent experience, if only I was rich, I would have took a trolley full.

Best off-licence for beer I’ve found in Birmingham - very good selection of beer spread across wide area, UK, Europe and beyond. Good range of Belgian abbey beers, lambics and so on. Nice balance between classics and more obscure choices. Guy who runs it is very friendly, knows his stuff, and open about what’s coming in. Easy to get to, and definitely not one to miss.

Why can’t all off-licences be like this: over a hundred unusual, interesting beers from Britain, Europe and the rest of the world? The proprietor told me he’d been in the speciality beer business for thirty years and clearly knows his subject. A range of about thirty Belgian beer glasses, including the iconic Pawel Kwak.

Superb selection of European, American and British ales together with very good range of beer glasses. Owner and son friendly and interested in beer. Maybe best off license in Birmingham. Highly recommended!

Yep, I’m super lucky to have this as a local. For a man who drinks little beer, the owner is highly knowledgeable and passionate about the drinks he sells. He is friendly, engaging and will get in anything you ask for that he can. They even sell excellent locally made beer bread. Superb.

A great selection! Easily the best beer store in Birmingham. Lots of strong Belgian ales, lambics and wit beers. Also a great selection of real ales. Service is friendly, and the location is convenient for all the top class balti houses in the area.

By far the best offie I have been to in terms of selection. Great import section. The only place in Brum with a good selection of Belgian and German beers.
