Itís as close to a beer-related theme park youíll ever see. I wonít go on and on about it. Read what others have said and Iíll go ahead and ditto that. Amazing beer, food, architecture, landscaping, etc. An absolute must-do if youíre into beer and on the Left Coast... anywhere on the Left Coast!

I had built this place up as THE brewery in the US that was a must to visit. Going in I expected a little letdown. But, I was completely blown away!! The place is huge. Nice tasting room and gift shop. The bistro is very nice and the atmosphere is outstanding. There house brew list was amazing. 7 beers were barrel aged. Tons of guest beers as well. The food was great, had the duck tacos. Service was great, waitress worked with me on providing samples on whatever I requested. Best brewery I have been to period!

This is hands down the best place in the world to have the best beers in the world. It kills every other place I have ever been and will ever go to. You can just feel the thought that goes into every element of the dining and consumption experience. The garden is fantastic, food is just unbelievable, especially pared with their own beers and barbecue sauces. I can now die a happy man for going there.

What a treat! As you drive up to the place you can tell your in for a great time. You enter the gift shop and there are racks of clothes and glasswear for sale, along with bottled beer and taps for growler fills. The indoor dinning area has a little stream that finds itís way outside to the Garden. The indoor bar has a vast variety of local and imported beers to choose from on tap, as wells as a bottled list that is just as impresive. The food and beer menu changes daily. I took the 2pm Brewery Tour and had a great time. What a beautiful place to see! I was treated great and you get 4 free samples but I was lucky enought to get a little extra. This is a must see/visit site for any beer fan/lover. If your in the North San Diego County area make a stop in Escondido and enjoy a great beer or two with some really good food. A MUST VISIT PLACE!!!

This is THE best place I have been. The new restaurant is a mix between asian design and outdoor with its huge windows and fireplace. I WILL make a trip back just for this place. The food was WONDERFUL. Big guest list (mostly bottle) also.

I finally made it out to San Diego a few weeks ago, and boy was it worth it! This place is beautiful. The food is amazing, the staff are some of the most friendly people I have ever met. The beer selection is phenomenal; the beer menu is larger than the food menu! My only regret is that I wasnít able to take home any of this yearís Quingenti Millitre series, but that just means I will have to make another trip back! I want to spend eternity here.
