I had not done my research on how elaborate this place was before coming, but holy shit! This is the most extravagant "brewpub" / restaurant Iíve ever been to. The grounds are huge, with gardens, tons of seating, an inside and outside bar, etc. Beer selection is phenomenal, with many Stone rarities, and many guest taps. Didnít have food at this Stone location, but it looked great, though a bit on the pricier side. Service was excellent. Overall, for atmosphere, this place cannot be beat, and is easily worth the trek out here. What a place.

Brewery visit. Was a large group so we did not visit the packaging line. Enthusiast lady explained the basics of brewing.
Also visited the restaurant. Verdy nice and large selection of beers. Food was very nice.

Well its a brewery, with a bar and a restaurant. Not super special but pretty cool, a long drive from downtown SD but I guess you should at least see it once, Some standard Stone Beers and some guests, food is fine.

Fantastic beautiful upscale place, worth seeing. We spent couple of hours outside on the sofas in shadow drinking beers before dinner, fantastic...relaxing. Food was great, selection is good though prices are a bit high. Service is very unpersonel, more like military with very little smile on the face of the waiters.

A wonderful place, combining craft and industry in a very nice way. Itís expensive, but really nice. We got good service and very good food. The beers are nice too, both their own, US beers and foreign ones. The garden was much smaller than expected, but worth a walk and sitting down for a while. Certainly a place Iíll return to if in the area.

Visited here for lunch while on vacation in early August í13. Awesome place - a bit out of the way from San Diego - but it was coming in from Palm Springs so it was right on the way. No signage indicating what this huge place was - but I think everyone knows - obvious by the crowd. Sat outside in the patio area - limited menu out there - salads and appetizers - but the salads we had were awesome. About a dozen Stone products on tap and a few from other brewers as well. Literally hundreds of bottles available from Stone and brewers from around the world - many of them rare and were priced accordingly. Nice gift shop on site which also sells bombers and growler fills, tours available. Worth the visit if anywhere in the San Diego area.
