Stopped in on the walk over to GABF. College football was playing and I could hear the TVs and the cheering from a block away. Actually, I could see the large TV’s from a block away. If you wanted to watch a few minutes of the game you could do it from the sidewalk on your way by. Inside was packed and very loud. It’s also kind of strange. They have a small arcade area in the one corner with ski-ball and what looked like a pinball machine but I couldn’t get close enough to it to see. They have a decent number of taps for a sports bar (around a dozen) and among them I saw some New Belgium, Avery, and Odells. I think some of those may have been left over from the events they were doing through out GABF week. Prices were decent. I didn’t try any of the food. This could be a fun place to hang out if you’re into loud drunk people cheering for college teams they have no affiliation with but I’m not always in the mood for that.
