This is a staple of the Atlanta beer drinking scene. I dig it. Grreat selection even some "bootlegs" if you ask just right. All three locations are must does for visits to Atlanta.

This WAS my local bar until the owner decided to leave all his locals out in the cold around Xmas and shut down without a word to anyone. Andy is trying to save his other Summits locations by not telling people the truth about this one and making them believe the sign on the door that they are closed for remodeling. BS. This place has been sold and it is up to the new owner wether or not what you read below is true. If he cleans it up, as andy never did, and keeps the beer than this place will be a great spot for any beer lover. Just do this one local that was screwed a favor and donít support Andyís other locations that are out in the sticks. Good day and thanks for the vent.

Great Draft selection, always something new on tap. Be certain of the ladies you bring with you, some may say a bit worn. For the beer lover, this is Heaven. Staff is excellent and will bend over backwards to ensure you are taken care of. Summits offers a great beer tracking and reward system that helps folks remember previous selections and rewards those that frequent the joint. Only downside is the valet parking due to the small parking lot. Seems a bit out of sorts, but when it is full you will thank the valet.

Massive draft selection, solid food. A little grubby...that doesnít bother me at all I kinda dig grubby, but some might not...itís not upscale if that is what you are looking for. More of a family pub/beer haven. I only had a small sample of one beer, but it tasted off. Still Iíd go back with time on my hands to explore the range of beer they offer.

If this were my local bar Iíd be here all the time. Great sports atmosphere, but the tap lineup is where itís at just a ton of stuff, seems like they run out of a good number of them but there is still a hell of a lot to choose from, nothing too crazy but good solid beers. They have different beer events all the time. Sports, good food, and they really seem to care about good beer, what more can you ask for.

If: youíre just learning about beer, you live in ATL, this is a good place to start. The number of taps is impresive. They have a monthly tap list to choose from. (Not always accurate). They might have what youíre looking for. Best choice to sit is at the bar. If you can get a seat! The bar tenders are the only educated ones in the place. The waiters are sloppy and slow. The food is good. I liked the bacon, blue burger. Goes great with a St. ROGUE. Common beer, ROGUE supporters, lucky if they have it, EVER! I joined the passport club. Got up to 20-something, and quit. Theyíre not in the business to educate. just business. That is a shame! Iím done

A little smoky for me. I really love the no smoking law in Georgia, although I imagine the smokers hate it. Lots of beer to choose from but they were out of some of the more unusual selections. Food was ok but over priced.

This beer bar kicks ass. Nice big bar area with plenty of seating around a circular bar which has a bunch of sporatic taps, but then along the back wall is a huge line of taps. They had over 80 taps when I was there last week, and most of them were pretty good and few were either very new offerings or rare. I got to try the rogue frosty frog which was incredible. Lots of local stuff on tap - molsty sweetwater and terrapin, but those are great. We went here after 5 seasons bc it was literally 2 minutes away. They have some food here, but I didnt get any bc it was getting late. Friendly and professional bartenders who know good beer.

Good multi-tap with lots of choices. Good atmosphere, good food, and decent service. I enjoyed my visit and really enjoyed some local beers such as Sweetwater, Dogwood(RIP), and Terrapin. The only real knock on this place, and beer bars in general that go over board on the draught selections, is stale beer. If you pick and choose wisely, you can avoid this for the most part. Sandy Springs location is close to the excellent 5 Seasons brewpub, so it is worth checking out both places.

Went on a Saturday, they were out of FIVE of the beers I asked for. They were even out of Swetwater Blue (for my wife). WTF, its a local Brewery! Emailed them to notify them of my expirence since I had gone way out of the way to go there and got no response. Ok selection if they have it in stock but good luck.
